Please explain what '3rd world' in your way of thinking means. I have found most people I talk with in countries I have worked that are considered '3rd world' are MUCH happier with their day to day lives than people in the UK or USA where I was from. These '3rd world' places generally have low taxes, and often no taxes at all on your personal home you live in. These countries don't have huge taxes because they are not trying to support a global military that bullies every living soul on the planet and tries to expropriate every scrap of money anyone, anywhere, ever earns for their families.
If '1st world' means I have unsafe streets, 6 year old children taught the joys of homosexuality in school, government that hates me because I can and do think for myself, dreams up different ways to tax me and get in my way from earning a living, etc., etc. etc.... If that is '1st world', I will take '3rd world' any day of the week thank you.

The answer to Your question is in this message: IF You want to know the TRUTH of who is now, and has been, behind global conflicts just take a look:
"The division of the United States into federations of equal force was decided long before the Civil War by the HIGH FINANCIAL POWERS of Europe.
These BANKERS were afraid that the United States, if they remained in one block and as one nation, would attain economic and financial independence, which would upset their financial domination over the world.
The VOICE OF THE ROTHSCHILDS prevailed.
Therefore they sent their emissaries into the field to exploit the question of slavery and to open an abyss between the two sections of the Union."
      -Otto von Bismarck
The point is: WALLSTREET PROFITS WHEN THERE IS BLOOD IN THE STREETS!
Once crime and war is no longer profitable for politicians, and their investment bankers, the Military Industrial Complex and the Prison Industrial Complex will wither on their respective vines.

Giving up my citizenship is not an option because, as both a military and federal government retiree, I'd lose all my pension income, VA benefits, etc. I would if I could, but the golden handcuffs of a monthly annuity keeps me in check. Instead, I make a point of living in countries that are safer and cheaper than the US (there are many). Also, I spend fewer 4 weeks a year in the US so that what income I earn from my freelance activities falls under the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion. Andrew, this short bit of content is some of the best you have made for the people curious about life outside their home country. In my home country, I paid exorbitant taxes I could not avoid without losing that for which I had worked and owned. I received nothing in return for it. Public safety? - Good joke, thanks. Good roads? - Some places there, yes. Most often huge potholes and rubbish everywhere along the hard shoulder. I could go on and on...
I applaud you and your company informing people and let them make their own decisions based on their knowledge and desires. Now having worked in 43 countries since I was 19 years old, I also try to persuade people to look outside the country of their birth if they are not satisfied with their existence in that place.
A human is only limited in their life, by their own abilities, desire and intellect. If you desire a better life, go make it.
If you just want to sit and complain with your head in the sand, then you have what you deserve and if it sucks, that's on you.

You are right. Also, this should be discussed too: if the country scammed you and caused harm to you, it is not just that you don't owe your country anything, but then quite the contrary, your country actually owes you.

I have never EVER had a kid in public school... so why do I have to pay for the schools for the entirety of my life?? someone explain that one to me.

I agree with you on basically everything. However, the 40-hour work week is a totally arbitrary number that Ford created and is no reflection of productivity. In my mind, the 40-hour week is an excessive tax on time. Let me do my work, it will take me less time because I’m better than most at what I do, then let me spend the rest of my time the way I want. Capitalism’s end goal in my mind is not to make as much money as possible, but to carve out the life I want. The 40-hour week is to time what US taxes are to money. Keep up the great work!

My wife and I are retired teacher's and can barely make ends meet with social security.
We have gone to Africa to help teachers and found that the most rewarding life we have ever lived.... would go to live there and contribute to the people if possible. The people are the hardest workers I've ever been around.......would gladly get a retirement visa or citizenship.....

No politician or government cares where you are sleeping, what you are eating, or what you feel strongly about. They only care about your vote (if that even means anything where you happen to live). Live your life where life is worth it, regardless of monetary cost.

I think most people here want to learn something about the possibilities. The ones that feel the need to criticize the platform or content, are currently not ready for this kind of change in their life. Even though they want to take those steps, feel they won’t succeed. And therefore give up, only to voice their frustrations in the same place they want help from. To those that want change, it takes one step at a time to succeed. It will not be overnight. Take the best of what you learn here and apply any part of it to your life just once. See what happens. If things are horribly bad for any one of us, what do we have to lose. I have not made to the point of making these major changes, but I will continue to work toward it and continue to take what I learn from here and plan those steps needed best for my life. Thank you folks for all your work

It may be because of war, or the cast system, or government structures. Rags to Riches has always been an American theme. However, when one does not want to live or be a part of a system hopefully one can make a choice to leave. For the US we still have that choice and we can be thankful for that, but using that choice is not a crime. Be yourself Mr. Nomad Capitalist, be the trailblazer you are! I for one am proud of you!!

what IS true is that when intelligent, innovative, productive people leave a country, the country suffers. look at Venezuela. Venezuela has no hope whatsoever to recover if the people that have left, don't return when the regime is finally changed.

If the country keeps on abusing you and your hard-earned money, then they do deserve it, right. Go where you're treated best.

Which is exactly why far-left commie BS and hating of the rich (i.e. anyone with $1 more than them) like happened in Venezuela shouldn't ever happen in any country. Any country dumb enough to do that BS utterly deserves what they get.
Look at ZA & ZW - the way they treated the farmers because they were "white" and successful. The one's that survived fled as soon as they could, the rest were murdered.
Now the two countries are begging for the ones that fled to "return and help them farm for food". Given how they were treated, why would anyone ever return - after all the countries can NEVER be trusted again.
Similar things happened in the USSR and other countries behind the Iron Curtain - those that fled wouldn't even visit once the USSR and communism fell (not even to the countries that joined the EU).
Many people have fled AU & NZ since the plandemic as insane restrictions crippled businesses that were online only because they weren't deemed "essential" until Stage 4 restrictions happened, and thus weren't allowed to operate. Many people have been regulated out of their jobs and many are sick to death of the annual "do an update / refresher course" BS that's required just to stay qualified - having a qualification isn't enough. Also, many are fleeing because taxes are going through the roof as the regimes in AU waste money that they don't have and are increasing and creating new taxes weekly.
AU & NZ are collapsing and those that leave won't return (some might drop in only for a short visit once a year to see friends) because the regimes and the masses don't give a damn about anyone who's successful - such people are seen as the enemy, the "evil rich".

Gentleman let this be a living example that the “ bullied” grow up to be tremendous . Stay the course , be good and hard working and have a noble objective . You will be rewarded .

I get the guilt part. My view is that like with any contract, both parties have to agree before the contract is signed. Accident of birth gives you no opportunity to not sign. I am a fervent believer in the American system myself. However, personal circumstances, such as bullying can turn anybody off on even the greatest country in the world. Keep up the good work, Andrew!

Thanks for the " talk " today. We need to talk about "retired " people. No high income, maybe some savings. What do they do ? Where can they go. ? Old people.
