I think generally his full build is determined by the game state, as your own should be too. Typically you don't just want to follow a build "item for item" anymore, the items are far more niche and you build for what your team needs to win. For example, in this game he wanted (and planned) to build the Bloodmail second item, but he needed more dueling power to fight the fed Kled, so he went into Sundered Sky instead.

Kayn is a decent counterpick for yas. You can poke his shield off with w, q max and just take aggressive trades long enough to q twice then disengage. If he goes for e-q3 you q and both portions hit.
Overlord's Bloodmail is old Titanic Hydra without the on hit effect. I wanted this item to be so good on Mundo but it is absolute trash compared to Titanic.
