Also, just because the intro is the same to you doesn't mean it has any connection to Jacksepticeye as there are billions of people in the world and you can't introduce your video a billion different ways, people can't trademark introductions.

This is RIDICULOUS 🤣🤣🤣🤣 she didn't steal anything.
I just watched the start of 6 of javkaepticeye's videos and he only SCREECHES "top of the morning to you" once.
Even if he said it every video, "Top of the morning to you" is not an 'intro', it's a greeting, like "good day", "good morning" "i hope you're well", "whatsup", "howsit".... etc etc. You can't trademark those.
Are you going to start complaining about her saying "welcome back to the channel" soon?
