I have lost brow hair by forgetting I have the 24hr Brow Setter on and scratching my brow or falling asleep at daytime and squishing my face into the pillow. The way it sets on me is super cemented, glueing the brow hairs to the skin, and any forceful movement of the hairs makes them fall out :( so was hoping that the Fluff Up doesn't set them the same way.

Yes then Fluff Up if definitely for you! It is not a hard gel just a moldable wax
