Basically handles alot of things SD can't do, They'll protect VIP's when not needed or when an A-1 is not on and will mostly deploy into the CDC when a Riot or a few CD's decided to attack FP.
This doesn't look like an aimlocker, if you look you can see his mouse jiggle at times when he's trying to shoot. That doesn't happen with aim locker. It's just super sped up so it looks like he's aimbotting but if you slow it down you can see it clearer
