@@blendoo3397just kidding its a set up thst he teleports instead of walking, when popele stare at em, the cooldown issuppsoed to be the blink timer, just more chaos for the pllayer rlly.
There’s also an occasional blackout where everyone who was staring at him when it’s activated is temporarily blinded, so he can move freely.

In my opinion the best way to contain 173 is to put him in a containment deep underground with no exits and no windows just a cement box. No one will be able to see him and vice versa. He also wouldnt be able to teleport out since its not technicaly teleporting but fast movement. In conclusion: BURY HIM UNDERGROUND IN A CEMENT BOX Like if you agree

@TheCommunistoftheSun no? getting picked up into MTF is a rare case but normally you just need to rank up to SC 1 in any department and then wait for applications to open, if you pass then are tryouts, if you pass those you get into MTF
