I was 15yrs old in 96. What a privilege it was to be that age in the GOLDEN ERA of sportsbike performance like never seen before. Every year the Japanese top 4 were in a constant battle to out perform the competition in every class and category. I could go on on with the beautiful insane classics from the Busa to Zx12 ,R1 and CBR's. The current state we are in is so disappointing to my heart. Where electronic tech and parallel twins have taken over the market. Keep showing these classics please❤

I regret selling my 97 fox eye more than anything. Did 47000 miles on her in three years.
Geared short with a 4t rear sprocket and a +1 front. With that setup it would keep up with modern superbikes up to about 120 more than enough for a road bike.
Light agile reliable more comfortable than any superbike has any right to be.
So simple to work on and cheap to insure and run. They are in my opinion the best all round road bike ever put on the market.
Honda were in a league of their own for build quality when they made these beauties.
