Interesting point in the description about the Fair Housing law (I think these and all laws should have an expiration date and require to be established again. I think this segment does more harm than good nowadays). Maybe not a big deal as I never noticed realtors hiding their opinion. As Realtors can provide clients with factual information from "reliable" sources, such as crime statistics, school ratings, or neighborhood reviews. Although, I would not trust data from certain California cities as it seems they just stopped reporting most crimes. Lack of father for male children combined with large wealth disparities ($1mil house near a $100k house) might be a great indicator but perhaps impossible to get such data. And then the usual Soros funded prosecutors/democrat run "conspiracy theories". Is your potted tree real? Palms by my house are in need of fertilizer... hope too many folks don't consider that as an indicator for dangerous neighborhood :)
