Celebrities spend boatloads of money to maintain a flawless and perfect image. Celine allowing us to see her like this in her sickest and most vulnerable state is so brave and such a selfless act. I saw this documentary, and I was left speechless. It's BOLD and POWERFUL. It is an intimate look at Celine's career, current life and medical condition. Beautiful documentary. There are scenes that may be really upsetting especially to the Celine Dion fans worldwide.
I saw her in concert in Vegas years ago. She is an elegant, well spoken, strong women that loves her fans. What an amazing performance. I hope she knows how much we love and support her. ❤
It takes enormous courage for Ms. Dion to come out publicly and show us, total strangers - her most difficult, harrowing moments. And I think in some strange way it may help others who are watching and have some serious medical challenge, to know that you can fight and get through it. It has taken its toll on the once lovely Ms. Dion. She looks haggard, years older, stressed and anxious. I am glad she has good people with her who help and support, and medically watch over her.
As someone who has epilepsy, this was a very very tough scene to watch. We have to be prepared to be unbelievably vulnerable, while our body and brain go through a major trauma. I love her so much more for this. I’m really thankful for her.

As a Christian all I could do was pray for asking God to heal her so that the world can see and listen to her amazing voice as long as they can. I did not know Celine has seizures! What courage she has, as a celebrity to share this painful disorder. I, too have a seizure disorder, and know how painful it is. Being in a seizure, you can’t say anything, but you feel like you’re getting electrocuted! It’s the worst pain to experience. Bringing awareness to seizures and that it isn’t just something that gets thrown to the side is showing the community how grateful we are to have a great voice like Celine Dion to speak for us! Celine has a very rare neurological illness called Stiff Person's Syndrome. She's felt ill for 17 years and had numerous tests, but it was only 2 or 3 years ago that she finally was diagnosed. It is a terrible illness without any cure. I'm sorry you suffer from seizures and have to endure all that pain and fear.❤

My mum had a neurological condition too, Huntington's disease, and she had tremors and her hands became rigid so she had to have something on them to help her. I cared for her and saw the devestation a neurological illness has ona person. I'm at a 50/50 risk of having it and not yet tested.

This made me cry. Celine has been in my ears ny whole life. She was my favourite when i first heard her, and she has continued to be and always will be. I know her since she was 14... I was much younger then. She came on french tv participating to Croque Vacances, a very popular child program broadcast during the summer breaks in the eighties. Her voice back then was already sooooo cristal pure OMG 😭😭😭🤯... I used to love "D'amour ou d'amitié" I think the title of the tune was (Don't judge me! I was super young and so emotionally sensitive. Ugh 🙄😒🥺...) I was do jealous of her talent/gift. Seeing her today in battle against that affliction that tries to break her soul and steal the power of her vocal cords... Thats so upsetting😭💔... I am a 55 year old woman from Asia. Celine Dion is my favorite singer and she is an inspiration. When she sings tears roll down my cheeks as her voice ignites me. As a Christian all I could do was pray for asking God to heal her so that the world can see and listen to her amazing voice as long as they can. I am thankful to listen to her mesmerizing voice at Olympic festival. She is the one an only Celine Dion who has earned so much respect from fans all over the world. As she says she wants to be truthful and transparent with fans. Lots of love ❤️

What a phenomenal woman and performance but expected nothing less from her. I did not know Celine has seizures! What courage she has, as a celebrity to share this painful disorder. I, too have a seizure disorder, and know how painful it is. Being in a seizure, you can’t say anything, but you feel like you’re getting electrocuted! It’s the worst pain to experience. Bringing awareness to seizures and that it isn’t just something that gets thrown to the side is showing the community how grateful we are to have a great voice like Celine Dion to speak for us! Thank you! Keep on being a warrior!
Celine has a very rare neurological illness called Stiff Person's Syndrome. She's felt ill for 17 years and had numerous tests, but it was only 2 or 3 years ago that she finally was diagnosed. It is a terrible illness without any cure. I'm sorry you suffer from seizures and have to endure all that pain and fear.❤

@@altesse77I wasn't correcting you at all and just read as if you weren't aware of the illness Celine had. It was in no way trying to diminish what you go through vs what Celine does. My mum had a neurological condition too, Huntington's disease, and she had tremors and her hands became rigid so she had to have something on them to help her. I cared for her and saw the devestation a neurological illness has ona person. I'm at a 50/50 risk of having it and not yet tested.

Just watched her performance on the Olyimpics opening. She returned from the ashes with an overwhelming force, with a voice more beautiful than ever. If the angels exist, they definitely have this woman on an special place. A truly gifted soul.

I know her since she was 14... I was much younger then. She came on french tv participating to Croque Vacances, a very popular child program broadcast during the summer breaks in the eighties. Her voice back then was already sooooo cristal pure OMG 😭😭😭🤯... I used to love "D'amour ou d'amitié" I think the title of the tune was (Don't judge me! I was super young and so emotionally sensitive. Ugh 🙄😒🥺...) I was do jealous of her talent/gift. Seeing her today in battle against that affliction that tries to break her soul and steal the power of her vocal cords... Thats so upsetting😭💔... Tu es dans mes pensées et prières Céline. Continues à te battre! Je suis de tout cœur avec toi! 🙏🏾💝
