I’m surprised they gave you those metal tongs for a non-stick surface. Would it be easier to add the batter from a squeeze bottle and flip them with a chopstick or a tiny espresso spoon? You could use little smokies and cornbread mix to make tiny corn dogs. Also shrimp with jalapeños and pepper jack cheese. I think it would be great for a number of savory appetizers.

I’ve seen people use chop sticks to flip those. I agree, egg bites. I don’t know if small amounts of canned biscuit dough would cook well in it. Make donut holes or stuff with anything…….pizza ingredients, ham and cheese, steak and cheese, breakfast ingredients. Maybe cornbread with or without hotdog bit in it. ❤️🧡🩷💙💚🦋🦋🦋

Hey you can use a cake mix and with that griddle you can make whoopie pies cookies. You would need to just make the filling. 😊
