ODECA's task is to ensure the quality of Cantabrian foodstuffs on the basis of a series of standards.
We act as coordinators and guides for the production and marketing of protected products and control their production as a necessary means of maintaining their prestige.
Furthermore, with the aim of promoting the products protected by the different schemes of Differentiated Quality and Guarantee Marks, we strive to give them visibility within and beyond our borders.
