Nascar Heat 5 is a gem on Steam Deck. One thing to note, Nascar Heat 5 does not support cloud saves. I use SyncThing to back up my game saves back to PC and vice versa. Just something to note if you're someone who is also wanting to play on your PC as well.
if u ignore like u said the glare on the screen from the recroding light the games look gorgeous on that handheld i cannot wait to potentially buy myself one very soon thank u for making my decision on it a definite
My AOKZOE A1 can handle all the NASCAR games aside from the OG Xbox ones (those struggle even on my main PC). Fun to play NT2004 upscaled in PCSX2. It's more powerful than the Steam Deck and i think it has hall effect triggers and sticks.
If you want to use a good track for testing framerate ans what not I'd suggest Indy, stands and buildings on both sides of the track especially on the frontstretch can cause slowdowns on lesser hardware.
I returned my rog Ally last year bc the microsd slot quit working and the trigger was kinda weird. Returned it and got a AOKZOE A1 online. Not as powerful as the Ally but it's close and definitely more powerful than the Steam Deck.

Just got me a deck this weekend. Its absolutely incredible and blows any handheld ive had out the water
Thanks for making this video! Been thinking about picking a steam deck up and this is very helpful
NASCAR THE GAME 2013 and 14 work well too if you can find a Steam Key for them, think Amazon still sells them.
PSP is still my favorite

With emulation on the steam deck, you'll be able to play all the nascar games ever. The 360 games should be fine.
The Steam Deck struggles to run the PS3 games, I'm sure the 360 games would struggle even more considering the state of the 360 emulator
Not on mine, runs awesome
you can modify the stick sensitivity
I like my ROG ally but you know! I get the idea
I debated between the two
@@dgoodin24 I liked the ROG because it had native windows support , and I got an open box with warranty for $200 off lol
