If you have an optimised team for GM, you're killing everything anyway. But I will recommend Speakers sight and Song of Flame on Solar warlock. Pocket your team, and you will never run out of abilities. Make sure Ember of Benevolence is on, as well as healing nades at bare minimum, and you should be fine. GM is easy this week
The reputation rewards have been heavily tied to your score at the end of a Strike, Fairly certain it has been that way since Shadowkeep or Beyond light.
I'm only doing strikes if I'm forced to and only double loot gms. I'll take my own throat before i do a strike without heavily speed running 😂😂.. Hell sometimes i even play hunter just to shatterskate through it.
@@ImNeverGonnaComment I'm on plebsole. If I'm asked to slow down i do or flat out leave but yeh most of the time i just zoomies. But as i said I only do strikes for quests you'll never catch me doing pve that isn't raids or GMs anymore.
yeah when i do strikes, i just wanna get through it already i usually always have an eager edge sword on me and when i'm on warlock or hunter, i will try to skate through as much stuff as possible so i don't have to torture myself any longer

If you're on pc you should look up destiny 2 solo enabler.
Otherwise you could effectively be griefing people that wanna be slow rollers
