- 2018 marks the 27th year of the All Ford Day.
The Ford Falcon (XY) is a full-size car that was produced by Ford Australia from 1970 to 1972.
Come and see over 1200 Ford vehicles on show in one of the largest car displays in Australia!
Vehicles of all types, ages and models will be joined by classic race and muscle cars, hot rods, street machines, celebrities, automotive industry displays and entertainment for the whole family! Held at Deakin University, Waurn Ponds on the grounds of the beautiful Waurn Ponds Estate, the event takes place throughout 25 acres surrounded by picturesque trees and lakes.

9:00 my old man had one of those machines, it was very precious, at the time it was the loudest thing in the suburb. My dad was known for it! I'll never forget how he'd take me for rides, he'd pull up at the shopping centre car parks and all these men including youngsters would surround the car... Oh those days.
If your lucky enough to have one today ..Nothing has changed!!!! people seem drawn to these old girls.

That blue xy gs wagon was my dads old wagon he swapped it for a 1955 Victoria customline
That silver fox XY supposed to have Matt Black bonnet paint not gloss . :)
Its amazing how people get that wrong.
They spray the gloss clear over the top, should mask and spray matt clear.

Sunday 17th February was this years date no date confirmed for next year but it will be around this time frame.

See over 1,200 Ford Show Cars, with over 30 Ford Car Club displays, as well as private show cars, show car judging & trophies.
There is public car parking for over two thousand cars.
The All Ford Day covers over 10 hectares and includes food vans, merchandise, exhibitions and demonstrations.

I’ve been a ford man all my life back in 1971 i had a XW GTHO in mint condition. I can still remember the reg number
KPT971 I think the colour was called Electra blue but I’m not sure if that’s right it was iridescent blue the tyres were Dunlop sp aqua jet radials.
Had it for around 18 months then sold it to a friend for around $ 4000
BIG Mistake but that was the market back then.
If only I new what was going to happen.

What eea happened to bill bourke XW 429 cobra jet, i remember that car was up for sale back in 1998 in unique cars together with the 64 E were up for sale thay wanted 80K and 120K respectfully, which now word be worth over 500K each easterly ? Also for sale was the last XE 302 ESP from FORD and they wanted 50K for that one ?
The Bill Bourke car is in the hands of a private collector. Allen Moffats 64E is part of the Bowdens collection.
Those XY 4x4 is the poor mans 4x4 compared to buying aq F series Truck at that time. :)
