I started lifting seriously at 18 years old. Hardgainer but surrounded by a gym community that built me up, believed in me. At 28 I kept going strong. 50% of my competition moved on or gave up. 38 years old now. 90% have given up. Starting smaller than all the other guys 20 years ago, that is my focus point, that keeps me hungry...never forget. Never quit. Looking forward to the next 10 years, 20 years!!!! Stay strong guys don't peak out at 25.
