So would you recommend this light I do a lot of painting in my garage and the lighting isn't the best and some time I don't find things until I think am done

I would say in a production environment where it costs your business time, it would be a good investment. If you’re spraying occasionally, it will definitely help, but you can also just check coverage with a cheap LED afterwards and touch the area up. If you find yourself having to go back often due to poor lighting, this would help for sure.
