- Testing and timing the Delphi DP210 and DP310 injection pumps requires Delphi Hartridge test equipment. At Oregon Fuel Injection, we use the Hartridge AVMPC-2 test stand.
Delphi DP210 and DP310 injection pumps are original equipment on select engines from Caterpillar, Perkins, Cummins, JCB, Iveco, Fiat, Case New Holland, Deutz and Lister Petter. We are factory authorized to repair, rebuild and test and set lock timing on DP210 & DP310 injection pumps.

Who would buy this, ive got one of these army forkilifts with this pump in it over here in korea. Got a new pump in and had my joes install it only to later realize the last unit had screwed up the engine timing so we had to tear it down and reset the engine timing. Have zero way to time the pump now.

Is it possible to increase the fuel for more power on a dp210?
The pump is limited on how much you can set them up. We normally set to top of specification. If you know of a different pump part number for the same engine combination, installing a different pump may be a way to get more power. However, we do not have a listing of performance increases and there is not an easy way to figure it out for a single job.

What is the function of the latching valve and torque trimmer?
The latching valve locks out the advance and controls the torque trimmer during starting for the correct fueling. The torque trimmer is used to control starting fuel, midrange fuel control and the fuel delivery curve.

The function trimmer controls the timing advance. Light load advance is just that, it controls the timing advance at light load. The latch valve cut-out has to do with starting fuel delivery control.
