The Nissan and Mitsubishi use the awful JATCO CVT which are famous for been unreliable as for the USA large SUVs we don't get them in Australia but unfortunately we do get Hyundais and Kias
The Telluride and Palisade are, V6 GDI’s don’t have the same issues as the I4 GDI’s. The issue is you really have to follow a 5k oil change interval, so if you buy used you better have a good service record and buy CPO for the warranty.
