Hi Harish Ji, Thanks for sharing this beautiful Chaardham video, with my family (4 person) visited 2 dham in Oct 2019, mostly followed your itenary. But the whole journey was spoiled by the Innova Cab driver which we have taken based on your reference travel Agent "Gagotri Travels" Haridwar. One of the worst travel Agent in my life I have ever seen. 2 months back I booked the journey and requested him pls provide a good driver but unfortunately these worst travel agent didn't care the customer need. The driver was so ill mannered and disgusting and created problem through out the travel. Play the worst songs in very high volume, very very rash driving, not caring the pedestrians, asking every time money for foods, some time he was irritated and told us to dump the car in bottom of mountains when we asked them to play music in low volume etc. So would suggest to all please know this vendor Gangotri Travels very well and not to recommend any one and dont give him full amount before travel ask them 50% payment to be given at return. Thanks in advance for understanding.
But did you speak to the agency owner to share this feedback, bcoz that is something which we usually do, during the course of the tour. When i hire vehicle from any agency, i always ask such questions before hand - like no extra charges for anything, everything has to be part of the cost, so there is nothing hidden in cost structure. Regarding driving skills and other stuff like playing music etc - that is something agency has to ensure that clients are satisfied .

But in phone talk to vendor they said ok, will check and get back and waiting for their reply. Regarding pre intimation to vendor on any hidden cost, the vendor(usually 2 brothers running Gongotri), told us nothing hidden and even told me not to pay anything to driver for food but the driver isually asks for food and we realized that some one is asking so every day morning we paid 150INR for bft, lunch, dinner also. For the rash drive and jumping to pedestrian lines etc. All I have recorded in my camera and that could be full proof to cancel the driver's license landing in jail and cancelling Gangotri Travels license also, but leaving those and praying God to forgive him. Thanks VISA team to at least a knowledge my concern. Thanks Somu.
Google reviews of gangotri travels are also not good. Many people had bad experience with them but some lucky ones had good experience. I think it all depends on the driver, not the agency as agency has contract with all kinds of cars and drivers.

Actually, this is my birth place and this area called though spiritually vital was always ignored and no development has happened to my area that is Satpuli. There are no concrete roads and they are not wide as they should be by now. But his talent is coming from his liking for exploring nature in Garshwal.
