From an earnings standpoint, you'll still be able to earn points through some on the app features, but of course, have the ability to earn on spend via the card. One of the best and most informative interviews on the CC rewards game I’ve seen yet. You banged out so many questions that I’ve been dying to hear and he was cool enough to give up some juice and let us in on the closed door chatter. I found your page because of your United videos which were cool. You outdid yourself with this one. My dream would be a flat 2x multiplier or more elevated categories than just dining. Id GLADLY pay an annual fee for those. If anyone can become the next king of rewards it’s Bilt they are no holds barred with a laser focus. Love my Bilt card but when will Bilt allow credit limit increases for people that holds the OG card with the old bank partner before Wells Fargo. Cant do much with a $750 credit limit 🤣

I don't rent myself, but I'm a landlord. I offered my tenants to get a Bilt card couple of times, but they usually have a bad credit, so they are never approved. Can this be improved somehow?
Lovely interview. I try to get people to get the card it’s just a no brainer if you pay rent. Having grocery as a category will change the game completely.

The problem is that Bilt lost AA. This was the only reason to get Bilt card for me. They got Alaska, which is nice, but not as good as AA. I mostly fly AA right now.

I wish they would focus on the bonus dining outside of NYC… like Vegas or LA. Also who is buying art with points? that to me has always seemed weird… but to each their own. I have this card and I cannot complain, it's awesome for the 2x on my recurring bills for my homes, cellphones and multiple insurance lines etc.…. Not many cards offer that, let alone transferable to Hyatt.
I wll say they are working on that. I've seen BILT Dining partnerships outside of NYC, but there is room to expand, yes. I'm sure they are working on it.

I have 14 hard pulls over the last two years and have an 840 score…. mine drops 6 points for 30 days, you must be doing something wrong or have a really high utilization rate with a pretty thin file.

Yes, I had many more questions, but as you could imagine, his time was very limited. Grateful that he carved time out of his day for me. I'll look to do a part 2 (based on some things he said off-camera😉)
its worth it if you want a new modern product or if you want more space. Pool is not the greatest, but the location is great. Cost a little more. So worth it if you'll spend time in the room (i.e. relaxing, kids, want the extra space, etc.), not worth it if you'll be in the parks etc all day (i.e. no kids that need a nap)

Wells Fargo used to have a mortgage card, but it really was a 1% cash back card in disguise. They cancelled the program.
I'm not familiar with that card, but I'd be shocked if Wells isn't a mortgage partner with BILT

Yes, I had many more questions, but as you could imagine, his time was very limited. Grateful that he carved time out of his day for me. I'll look to do a part 2 (based on some things he said off-camera😉)

its worth it if you want a new modern product or if you want more space. Pool is not the greatest, but the location is great. Cost a little more. So worth it if you'll spend time in the room (i.e. relaxing, kids, want the extra space, etc.), not worth it if you'll be in the parks etc all day (i.e. no kids that need a nap)
