    Toni Kukoc is my most preffered basketball player! At first I saw him playing in 1988 in youth team of Yogoslavia! He could play in every position of the team at high level. I was really happy when he changed to Chicago Bulls! This year I have met him in Split! It's been a great moment!

    Toni is the best white player ever. Pure poetry in the motion. I was lucky to watch him play several times, and it was always magic expierience. There is many good and amazing players, but Toni is simply some other dimension. Pure genious.

      MJ is probably the best all around player of all time. Toni is the best all around European player. Let’s not forget Magic stole Pistol Pete’s moves.

    To je bila poezija u pokretu. Osobito njegove asistencije za Rađino zakucavanje. To je pjesma za oči. Ostajao sam budan do kasno u noč da bi gledao Bullse i Jazz. Ali ne zbog Jordana i Pippena,nego zbog njega. I gledao ga više puta uživo, u dresu ondašnje Jugoplastike i POP 84.Toni je pjesnik košarke,i bez sumnje največi od svih. Jedna je riječ dovoljna, genijalac.

    Toni could have been a #2 or #3 on a lot of NBA teams, but he played 6th man for the Bulls and got 3 rings out of it. I'm pretty certain after watching films of him, that his time with Jordon, Pippen and Rodman, didn't hurt his skills any. The year after the team was broken up, he was retained and lead the team in scoring, rebounding and assists. Great player and his modesty and unselfishness won him three championships, which is three more than a lot of superstars in the NBA ever got. Not to mention he got to slam the final shot of the 97 championship against the Jazz on an assist from Pippen after an epic steal.

      Maybe you didn't know, but just to remind you, he won 3 consecutive European club championships with basketball club from Split, Croatia. I think that is at least as respectful as Bull's titles. There he was the leader and one of two best players together with Dino Radja (who wasn't in the team for 3rd title). I remember as a teenager watching all those games, couldn't wait Thursday evenings to watch European league. It was better entertainment than any movie or something. It was pleasure to watch Kukoc playing. Every new offence he would make some new and never seen before move. Hats down to all players who made game popular, but for me best player ever is Toni!.

    • @somersetcace1
      @somersetcace1 4 года назад +1

      @@Mario-vt2ss No, I'm aware and yeah, those championships are as respectful as an NBA title. I was just commenting on his NBA career though. In fact, my point about him being modest is based in that fact. Here is a guy that DID win three European championships and came over to the NBA as a 6th man, with no complaints.

      @@somersetcace1 and got bullied by the egos MJ and Pip for 2 yrs, but he persevered. Kukoc deserves more credits. He was an unselfish player. He was in the wrong team to shine in NBA, but in the right team to win. By the time he was traded to other teams, his age and injuries already crept up on him I find that Bulls underused him because I think he was such an extraodinary player, but just suppressed by games designed for Jordan. Though MJ was what people call GOAT( though I disagree), I still prefer to count on Kukoc anytime. Imo.

    THE FACT: FROM 1987 TILL 1997 TONI WAS KIllING YOU ON A BASKETBALL COURT, EITHER IN EUROPE OR IN USA!! THE FACT: IF YUGOSLAVIA STAYED TOGETHER WHO KNOWS HOW WOULD DREAM TEAM 1 PLAY AGAINST TONI, CAUSE THAT WAS THE REASON NBA CAME TO PLAY!! PS. I remember my Partizan playing vs Drazen, I remember my Partizan being best in Europe, I remember my Partizan fighting a lot, but when Toni was coming it wasnt even fear, it was just despair in my eyes as a 10 and 11 and 12 year old. And I remember Toni coming back on our court after many years and getting a huge applause and chants from a GRAVEDIGGERS. TONI A FUCKING PINK PANTHER!!!
    Hope your health is serving you well
