@@kozmicflush980 It’s funny that you posted this because I thought about this response not too long ago and realized how weird it came across lol. I was trying to make friends but went about it all the wrong way 😂. Oops live & learn
As someone in construction in Corsicana for 15 years now, you are a looonngg shot away from accurate. Please stay out of Corsicana. I have $5 to go towards you headed to California!
As a corsicana native who had to move to Washington for military orders - I miss the safety and hospitality of my hometown. It is warm, inviting, small but not too small, and a town full of rich history. There are some parts that can be changed but it is one that is hard to beat. I miss it everyday... which explains why I'm on your video!
That's a great, charming town. Plus, there are some places available in the country which aren't far from Corsicana. It's a neat place. One thing that's really nice about it is you're still within commuting distance of Dallas and other areas of the metroplex, but you don't have to live there, you can come back to this historical small town and relax.
Back in the late 70's- 80's, West 7th avenue was the main drag. There was a Gibson's Discount Center on the west end of 7th (where the Big Lot's is now) and everybody used to hang out in the Gibson's parking lot on friday nights.
10,000 Californians move there? Interesting but kind of bleak looking. Stagnant is just another word for stable though, which given how many towns and even cities (some suburbs too) are actually declining sounds pretty good to me! 🙂🌻
Someday you have to check out Brenham, TX. I’ve already been there, but I think you and Katie would love it. Awesome, pretty area, small town. My neighbors love it there. They’ve been there 1 1/2 yr. it’s an alive town with lots to do there. Water slides not far. Creamery there, etc. friendly people there, not fake.
Corsicana is a WONDERFUL town ... Small town atmosphere ... Reasonable SAFE ... Near to Dallas and Waco ... Would be a GREAT destination for Californians who want to move to Texas ... I was born there, and loved it !!! ~~
Hey I’m doing the play version of this for theater arts theater at Henry henniman theater at Stephen foster building in university of Pittsburgh in pa I got the lead as Ginny
I have lived in the area for about 30 years. It’s a peaceful sleepy town. But, to do anything fun you must travel to Dallas or Waco for true entertainment. If that doesn’t bother you, then Corsicana is where you should be. It has all of your shopping necessities, but not a thing extra. Young people beware of boredom. Lol. Also, the area is very conservative right. Expect Trump 2024 flags flying proudly in front of businesses and homes.
What do you know !!!! I was wondering if there was a video of this town and who do I find, but my favorite Floridians , Jose and Katie !!!! Thanks guys. Love you . Great video
This is where I was actually born in this town.
Me too...on the Hill 💜
You guys are so funny. I've been here 8yrs. It is a peaceful city compared to where I am from, Long Beach, California.
you can always settle for less and have more

Stick to Florida because you'll never understand true Texas living
