Lincoln has brought some great new vehicles to their showrooms. The Aviator is probably one of the best. Love those technical features that make driving fun and a 28 speaker sound system is fantastic.

I hate big SUVs and trucks. But I do have to say Ford motor company has been putting out some serious improvement in their lineup. This SUV looks great and has great power.
I wish they would sell it in europe (I'm from north Italy). We're full of unreliable diesel bmw x5 and mercedes ml with only four cilinders diesel, this beast with 800 lb ft would stand out for sure on the crowd. As long as you guys can buy these cars in USA and Canada, really go for it. Ben fatto lincoln!
The thing is, the XT6 is standard with FWD....and that is just shocking, for a luxury SUV like that to have FWD. They have almost the same fuel mileage, with the Aviator’s being just a bit better, and at the same time...getting that 400HP or 450HP depending on which engines you get, the XT6 has the Traverse’s 3.6 V6 that makes 310 HP. When paying $53,000 for Cadillac’s 3 row SUV. You’d expect more power than it’s lower end brother (Traverse), because you’re paying more money. But it’s all just the same as the Traverse. At least Lincoln gave the Aviator the powerful 3.0 V6 that you can only get in the ST with 400HP. Even more interesting, the Hybrid 450 HP 3.0 V6 which also gets 600 lb-ft of torque, that like doubles the torque that the XT6 gets.
I also love the way Lincoln designed the hood to wrap around the wheels, it kind of reminds me of the 1960s, and I'm only 22 years old, but sometimes I learn about classic cars, especially American ones.
Awesome! Awesome! Awesome!!!!!! Thanks for the video!!! Cant wait to see these on the street!!!!!!!!!!!!! U did a great job teaching us all the new features this car has!!!!!!!!
A fine video update, but the one feature I was hoping to see addressed, was not covered. What does Lincoln / FMC have that competes with GM's /Cadillac's "Super Pilot" that has true no hands on the steering wheel requirement while driving on major divided highways??? How close is your new "Co Pilot 360 plus" to that autonomous feature? The beautiful aesthetics of the Aviator cry out for top level AV bells & whistles also. My $0.02 .
First of all, Cadillac super cruise was only available on the CT6 sedan, with the inclusion of the CT5 in 2019-2020. The Aviator is not a sedan from Lincoln. Secondly, what is the point of super cruise vs regular cruise? Autonomous driving is rank from 0 to 5, with 5 being fully auto. Tesla autopilot is between 2-3, and looks at how many fatal accidents related to it. Cadillac super cruise is like rank 2 on the scale. Why not either do it right at rank 5, or not doing anything at all? FYI, Ford been working on autonomous driving for a while now. Originally, they plan to introduce them to consumers in 2025. But there are already plenty Uber Fusions being tested out there.
@@noblekitty The Aviator IS a sedan from Lincoln! Second, GM has made it known that Super Pilot will be applied to other of its brands in the very near future. Level 5 AD is still quite a bit far off in the future. Why not avail ourselves of the latest intermediate levels until then?

What's the point of using but you are still required to pay full attention to the road. Why should you? well you can ask those dead Tesla owners who trusted their lives with the autopilot. If Cadillac actually sell as much CT6 with super cruise equipped as Tesla did with all their models, I wouldn't be surprised to see the same amount of fatal cash from using the half ass AD.
Maybe you meant that Lincoln didn’t have the rear auto breaking when backing up? My caddy coupe has that feature. I almost backed into my Range Rover when I first got my coupe until it starting alerting me and stopped me from backing up by breaking. Trading my Range Rover on on this in the summer.
Lincoln is stepping up their game, I wish they would put more into keeping the car from trim creaks and rattles after 15 to 20 k miles. I know the other companies have this issue as well (yes you too BMW Mercedes etc...) and it wouldn't take much to stop these noises from happening. Noise cancelling from the stereo sucks, make the interiors better.
Thank you for video. How do we turn on headlights? Not everyone like push button shifter nor two levers to do turn signal. Some people like one turn signal switch.
But I took my air suspension off my navigator and just put regular shocked on it I heard it was going to be expensive to fix when they went out and havnt had not 1 issue since
They've gotta move some of these new functional features like rear cross traffic assist, adaptive headlights, suspension control, overhead speakers, and parking assist to the 2020 Navigator as well.
Mercedes just redesigned th÷ GLE-Class (ML-Class). I have to say however, thr Mercedes GLE looks boring, especially when you compare it to the Lincoln Aviator. The Aviator, looks a lot more special, and more expensive than it's price would suggest, really cool too.
I'm preparing my order for a 2020 Lincoln Aviator. HOWEVER - I will negotiate with the dealer for a set of symmetrical wheels. The recent designer of this vehicle is highly lauded, but a designer who puts asymmetrical wheels on a vehicle without using left side and right side wheels is not, in my opinion, a quality designer. On which side are the wheels installed backwards?
Believe it or not, I can tell this vehicle apart from the Range Rover. If you look real closely, you can see that the details are quite different, like the obvious chrome accents around the side windows that the Range Rover does not have.
Here my two cents. I've been considering the cayenne s, the gle 450 and the aviator over last 6 months. I built and priced my cayenne s and the price was around 105000 dollars because I checked all the perfomance options like ptv, pdcc, 21' wheels, ceramic brakes, etc. If you go for the best handling suv on market you're supposed to get the full package. But that money was too much for me, sadly. Then I turned my attention on the GLE 450, reading every review I've found and doing a test drive. The GLE 450 is very smooth but not too much agile or fun to drive. I suspect the reason is the lack of the rear steering wheels, that you find on the other luxury german suvs, Q7, cayenne and X5. The GLE is very nice, spacious and comfortable and at 78000 dollars, I almost purchased the mercedes, with the e-active body control that is something the cayenne doesn't offer neither as optional. But then, I built and priced the aviator plug-in hybrid, the 450 hp 800 lb ft model, and I discovered that I could get a nice one for 65000 dollars. I decided to buy the lincoln and placed the order. I mean, the reason why I went for the lincoln is not only the save-money factor, I noticed that the aviator was way more spacious for trunk and second/third row, offered a way better 3d audio hi-fi, better MPG, less expensive spare parts, and with +80hp and +430 lb ft (800 lb ft vs only 370 lb ft for the mercdes) I'm sure the aviator is a lot quicker than the GLE 450. So, unless you want to opt for the very expensive e-active body controll on the GLE or you go offroad (where the GLE is way better than the aviator and even offers a low-range offroad package), my suggestion is go for the lincoln aviator plug-in. You'll save bucks at the purchase and at the pump. P.s. the 30-way electric seats of the new lincolns are really the most comfortable seats on the market!
Everyone and every where I go people are mind blowed by my car AVIATOR 2020 even the Lincoln people themselves when they see my car they be like wow your car is beautiful I laugh because you should see the look on there faces 😂☺

I got a teen on a wheelchair and even though it fits in my Genesis it wouldn't fit in the Aviator with the 3rd row up. Just my own opinion though. This vehicle will meet other people's needs for sure.
@@joseluisruiz3789 oh cool, I come from smaller cars and suvs so my impression could be different...did you check the specs about headroom, legroom, etc on the ford and lincoln website? It could be interesting to see if there is any difference. I'm sorry for your kid, I could suggest you to check the land rover discovery, it's very boxy and tall, and second and third row are very spacious compared to exterior dimensions. I think luxury midsize suv market is ultra competitive these years, with Q7, X5, GLE, levante, range sport and aviator being all great choices. I'm getting the aviator plug in, but I admit, if the budget wasn't an issue I would have bought a porsche cayenne s, because it's a very polyhedral machine and the wife and I just got married but we don't have children yet.
