Just watched this as gaerea pulled up to the venue in CT I love these guys so much they are great people and my favorite band. Their live performance is on another level
Portugal has great metal bands, unfortunately we live in the corner of Europe and it´s difficult to embark on a tour with the low salaries we have. Most of the band members work (music is a hobby) and the bosses are also not flexible in giving them holidays. The portuguese Secret Chord are going on their first European tour with the Brazilians Semblant this month (October) and I'm looking forward to seeing them here in Germany (I´m an emigrant).
Saw them for the first time in February (in my birthday!!) and they were impressive. Definitely going to see them again the next time they come to Spain! 🖤
I mean ... his identity is known. It's just that he doesn't want it to matter in the context of music. The band also wears long sleeves on stage so they could serve as projection spaces and not seem to much like individuals people focus on which could intervene the cathartic experience they strive to bring to people.
@@wavesinthe5112 Absolutely - and I like it that way, it makes sense with the art, but isn't too pretentious in times where everything will be found out eventually anyways. Guilherme is also just super nice :D

It's not about concealing identity, he also has a Doom band Oak, where he doesn't wear any mask
