It’s because it’s not a raw recording. It’s obviously been mixed and edited, which is not necessarily a bad thing, it’s just a choice that some people make with covers. Also, often times, people tend to do the recording and then lip sync for the video because it usually requires more than one take.

Your voice and your emotion in general are incredible and I feel it to my very damn core, (while not being a fan of sleeping with sirens *originally* at all) because to get super deep and real, this is the literal story of my baby brothers suicide (down to the ages in the lyrics and everything) and I miss him more than I can fucking handle.
This cover gives me an outlet to scream to, take my anger out to, but still grieve and feel the raw, hurt, and fucked up feelings. I must’ve raged to your cover of this song at least 100x by now.
