Yes, Texan's love automobiles. A former member of TCA, Texas Corvette Association here. Drove in the downtown San Antonio Corvette parade in 1998 or 1999. Hundreds of spectators yelling and screaming "REV IT UP". Just purchased an awesome 2007 Z06 from Pee Wee Clay in Weatherford Texas. Love it. Don't Mess With Texas. Cool highway signs read; Slow Down, You Made It To Texas". Miss Texas.
Always feels good crossing the state line! Sounds like a fun memory, still an absolute weapon of a car
I live in California bay area and I always owned a classic car truck or any antiques that's what everyone known me for. While in high school everyone wanted the newest latest greatest car, I was always looking at the old car's nobody wanted. I knew one day the little 1963-66 novas and Malibu would be collector car's every one would want. Many other car's I could buy for few hundred buck's either drive home or tow it home and get it running.
Thanks Sam ,Cool songs and Great video 👌, Beautiful Road Trip .The GTO is my Favorite by Far 😉❣️🇺🇲. My other Favorites ,were the '69 BRONCO and the INTERNATIONAL SCOUT ,and lastly the C10 and C20's . At least You had coffee to keep you warm on a 28° day.Again Thanks for Sharing ❤️
Glad you enjoyed it
Thank you Sam, enjoyed the cars and the ride. Last time I was in Texas was 1969.
Glad you enjoyed it! I remember you telling me that. Have a good evening Jerry, appreciate you watching
Great Video! Just put a new carburetor on my 52 Bel Air. Now I gotta get the timing down on it. Hopefully it will be ready for this summer.
Sweet man! Thanks Rocco ✌ motivation
Greetings from Moscow, congratulations on the new year 2022, glad to see you in the new year
Happy new year! Same here :)
Nice show for coffee and cars! Even though it was chilly there were some nice vehicles there! Thanks for the ride through the countryside! Thank you for posting!
Alright! Glad you enjoyed it, I worked for that one LOL! I ain't built for cold, but built for cars ;) Had a blast, that hotel was built in 1949 too at the end.
@@samspace81 being from central New York, all our nice cars are put to bed for the winter. In the spring we have to wait until the rains wash the salt off the roads. Basically our shows run over a 6 month period. With the cold and snow the drivers become quite creative at best, on a bad day the highway looks like a demolition derby. Stay warm Sam!
You guys got wild when it thaws though
@@samspace81 yes sir! I put 3 vehicles away for the winter, my 69 Charger which is as new as you can make one, my 94 Eldorado that has never been driven in winter other than to Florida and my 2013 Black Diamond Avalanche. I drive it home from the dealer brand new in January, washed it too and bottom and parked it in the garage til spring. When spring comes around it is like I have 3 toys to uncover and take out to play. My daily driver is a 2016 Canyon SLE extended cab 4x4.
Great group of rides! My daily is a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 5.7 4x4, no current toys but one will come soon
I do Love Those Texas roads, and speed limits!
Big state and my home
Boa noite!!
Sempre bom ver belas imagens, parabéns pelo trabalho.
Obrigada! Fazendo o melhor trabalho que posso para você
Three cars pull up together; a Cuda, Camaro, and Mustang and they're all friends. It's something you do a double take looking at, not sure if what you're seeing is real, or maybe I'm just too old school. Really like the '40 Ford tudor, the Bronco and Scout and what I still consider new, the WS6 and Bullitt Mustang. Real good, thanks Sam, great enthusiasm and nice video on a freezing Texas day. Got the weather from Canada sorry about that😊
Working like a Spartan! :) Thanks Bruce, big year ahead, best of health to you and your family. Love your comments.
@@samspace81 Same to you my friend all the best.
Hi samspace81 from here in the D Michigan hey Thanks so very much appreciated your time and video of some Amazing Awesome Rides and Thanks for the Cruz
Thanks Dennis, see you on Woodward!
The best little willys I ever seen was at a GOOD GUYS car show it was red with a chop top with skirts, moon wheels, white wall tires, and older gentlemen and his gal in the car.
I wish I had my camera never seen one like it ever again.
I always seen them raked up for a quarter mile car.
Sounds awesome, great memories
J'ai un grand faible pour la pacer x ! Elle a un charme exceptionnel
Yes like new! Thank you so much for watching 👀
@@samspace81 avec plaisir 😉👍
Hey dude, man never thought Id get back to Wimberly Texas! Thank you for taking me along with the magic of RUclips's videos. Damn, but it was cold ? I'm only reminiscing of a Christmas Parade - with The San Antonio Classic Thunderbird Club I was in and toured Wimberley. I believe we had 7 or 8 little'55, 56 & '57 Birds carrying Santa and his elves. Must've been around 1993/94. I'm wishin' I could've been there for the eye candy and, hot Texas Coffee. I love the '40 ford, the Willys, and the C/10. That GTO, AND 55 CHEBY SOUNDED GOOD.
THANKS FOR THE VIDEO OF PEOPLE WHO LOVE CLASSIC MACHINES, JUST LIVIN' THE GOOD LIFE.🇺🇸👍
25 with a 25 mph wind! Haha glad you enjoyed it Richard
@@samspace81 Most definitely that ride back!. You Brought back the road sights- and. "imagining" that white '57 ahead, the black '55 behind, and the sound of listening to my '56s 312 hummin'birds Golden Turbos talkin'. What a great day out! Thanks👍
Hi Sam. At long last l'm into 2022 !! It made a lovely change to see the highways of the lone star state ! So l guess you are back behind your own car! Thanks Sam.
Something different 🇺🇸 ❤️ thanks John for your kindness
nice little video Sam. not many rides, but covered well and not overwhelmed like the big shows. that twin turbo was a beast, and ya know i love me some 40 Willys. didnt see one Armadillo on the road back. and was way to cold for the pool to be open. lol
Thanks buddy! You'll love the next one
Grüsse aus Deutschland 👍

Id trade my old 35 year old 200k mile daily driver C4 for that GS green C/10..😁👍🇺🇸
I know that's right ✅️
Sam, Chris Rea's (ree-ah) song called Texas , or the Road to Hell would make your day complete. Check it out on RUclips music. I do like your soundtrack, but don't know who its by. Njoy the ride! Happy New Year!
Chris Haugen a lot, music artists should show up in description. I can't use copyrighted music. Happy New Year!
@@samspace81 I Copy. Over.
Where are the best spots for twistie roads up by Wimberly? Also is this a regular event?
Geez they are all cool twisties around there! Not sure now but I think it's a monthly event. Turnout was low it was freezing when I was there, literally
