    Id much rather take your advice then most of these fucks on youtube. Itd be dope if you did some voice overs on these full workouts explaining some of your reasoning for doing it how you do.

    Is there a certain reason your left arm locks out slow on the last reps or a 3rd in comp? Maybe a shoulder problem?
