So badass man! Can’t wait for the next training session
Ghon Davis Lol no need to, I’m still waiting for him to catch me. Still waiting. Damn he’s taking forever
The fuck are you made out of? Who moves weight like this? 😂
Everything moves like it's 135. I was expecting you guys to check at some point to make sure the bar's even loaded! Ridiculous strength.
It made me laugh. Any other man would be dying at 500 lbs... These guys are making it look like a shake-weight. Hahaha
holy crap i feel like i have witnessed the most alpha lifting vid ever BEASTS
Amazing songs. Can you tell me the song for the 756lbs pull?
Octa Octy every time I die children of bodom
Thank you. Very intense lifting :)
When's your next comp?
Bro what's that banger playin at 2:10??
Ready for salvation by kalmah
Impressive! Why though, explode so hard with little weight to you? Isn't it a waste of energy for later lifts and potential for injury, in other words not necessary?
JSDaniel 451 I understand your point, but I also understand my own point. There's different ways to doing the same thing. Not everybody is superstitious and has the exact same approach regardless of weight. It's a waste of energy and potential for injury like I said.
It's common sense that when trying so hard for little weight, it only takes away from the energy required later to lift heavier weight. The muscles exerted themselves way harder then what is necessary, therfore a waste. Lifting so fast and then throwing the weight down so hard looks like a big waste of energy and more of an ego show for the camera.
That's being rational though....
It teaches the body to generate as much force as possible in as little time as possible, so doing this does have some benefits for explosive pullers like Eric. Since the weights used are also pretty light for him, the risk of injury is very low, so there really isn't much of a downside
I burst out laughing at :42 with how fast Eric pulled that 500 lbs. Very humbling. LOL
OUTFUCKINGSTANDING!!!!
where do you train ?
ya mum's
How come yoh switched from sumo?
Eric should train with you
I believe He has some type of injury that prevents him from pulling sumo comfortably right now
Ghon Davis i pull both so won’t argue with you LMAO 😁
That’s true , especially if your leverages are good
Conventional is so much more "Badass" in my opinion lol.
As much as I respect the enthusiasm it is kind of funny
what was the point of this comment
their strength is so ridiculous it's just funny
