Hi Shintaro, on the 3rd advice what do you think about encouraging everyone (especially beginners) to keep a training log where they learn and develop their own judo theories. It is interesting to imagine a theory session, where people of similar level discuss concepts from their experience

We recently shared a video that shows how Barry Crowther generated 38 new students in 21 days at 414% ROI that might help you understand what he did and why it's working.

According to Sensei Seth, handing out fliers is not the way to go (he said so in a video commenting on the Cobra Kai series). Unfortunately he did not say what does work...

    Yo - a suggestion:
When selling a product or service, there are two decision points for prospective clients/customers:
    1. Is the person selling to me worth listening to? This is where you show your credentials - where you prove that you have credibility and what you say can be trusted as authoritative and truthful.
    2. Is the information being provided to me of actual value to me? This is where you prove that what you are offering is of genuine use and value to your prospective client/customer - that what you are offering will enhance that person's life and contribute positively to that person's efforts and goals.
    Hope this makes sense. :-)
