    Started Vit B1 100mg twice in the morning along with magneisium 250mg twice in the morning. Before this I was in a wheel chair for down town use as I could barely step one foot in front of the other. Two days after taking the Vitimins I went for a three mile walk and it has been eight days of being able to walk with a full stride. The Parkinson’s medication did not do much. I would still be using the wheel chair. Try it as it may change your life.

    Be careful about eating fermented foods. Check out histamine intolerance. If you are suffering with a problem with histamine levels, allergies and if you are just tired all the time have trouble with inflammation, do some research on the topic of histamine intolerance. Folks who cannot get rid of histamine in their system are labeled as being histamine intolerant. Is a condition that is aggravated by eating foods that are high in histamine such as fermented foods and many other foods. If you are histamine intolerant you will find it well worth your time to research this topic and change your diet.

    I have been to 2 different Nurse Practitioners here in the Pensacola Florida area and they BOTH stated that vitamins were worthless, and that you peed them all out within an hour or two. This makes me VERY ANGRY!!! I KNOW this is NOT True and unfortunately this is apparently the lie now being promulgated by the medical establishment!!! I pointed out to them recent research noting massive improvements and changes in health in medical journals......a copy of which I happened to have on my phone. I was completely ignored and they appeared to be annoyed with my knowledge.
    I believe they are being pressured to tell people this in order to reduce people's immune systems and to increase the vulnerability of all to the NEXT pandemic, which is already planned. All the while they told me this, they also pushed the COVID VAX!!! I really no longer trust ANYONE in the medical field!!!!

    • @slc1161
      @slc1161 7 месяцев назад

      Actually they are partially correct. Excess vitamins are peed out in urine. Vitamins A, D, E, and K are fat soluble and you can become toxic if you take too much of these. Otherwise, if you take supplements and your body doesn’t need them, they will be excreted. I’m a critical care nurse who trained both nurses and physicians. Retired now. Stick to your guns. Document your symptoms and try supplements and document any change. What you’ve experienced is gaslighting. It even happens to medical personnel. Find a different practitioner that you can talk about this with. Bring your information to your practitioner. Fortunately, I’ve been blessed to have a great doctor that I worked with before being her patient.

    This is UNREAL, and like a message from God to me. The last few years I've had some health issues pop up (Just turned 53). Gout started several years ago, always been the A Type personality, panicky, on edge, perfectionistic. Drinking moderate to small amounts more often last few years, have Obsessive Compulsive (atleast I think I do), and constantly researching ways to improve my health--as I still drink and smoke. Then developed Tinnitus 3 years ago, which sent me into the ULTIMATE quest for info. Enter, Dr Berg and Ryan Taylor (and a few others). Long story short, I've learned TONS from the good people like Ryan here, and for some reason, this particular video seemed to put together about all the pieces of the puzzle, as to my issues lately. I mean, its like Divine Intervention. I somehow knew all along, that everything was tied, in balance, and for harmony, and after years and years now of watching vids on youtube and my constant searching and researching information (and seeing a lot of bogus propaganda and marketing gimmicks) I can honestly say the value I've got from Ryan Taylor's Videos tops all of the others in my arsenal of watching. The funny thing is, I have bought Benfotiamine and Unfortified Nutritional Yeast a while back (think mostly at the behest of Taylor) but I never gave them much of a chance (there goes my OCD and short attention span). This time I'm going to give them a chance again. Your video explained everything about my body almost exactly perfectly, from the prediabetic to the swelling, to well, everything you mentioned. PS: Your relaxing voice is a Godsend, a bonus to those of us who suffer from Tinnitus and extraneous noises. I sometimes listen to your meditation video at night when I have a particularly bad flare of the hissing. Thank you so much, and may God richly bless you.

      Take two tart cherry extract capsules at bedtime for two months to alleviate Gout and lower your blood sugar. You have to take it at night because it makes you sleepy. Tart cherry extract also helps lower your blood sugar and calms you down. I'm pre-diabetic and have been taking tart cherry for years and it has really helped me. In addition, I take a daily prescription medication, Gabapentin, to help calm the neuropathy in my left calf and left foot and my tinnitus. Goes to show that, my doctors over the past 30 years, should’ve been meter maids, when I consider what they know about vitamins. Ya’d think that, as I’m a T2D and we’re known to develop neuropathy, that these doctors would know more than to just prescribe vitamin depleting meds. But, no. I recently checked the documentation that comes with metformin. Says that your doctor might describe B12. So the Pharma company knew that. The prescribing doctors didn’t. Sure didn’t know anything about B1 and also the iron deficiency I’ve had.
    So, since I’ve been on B1, B12, Blood Builder, and a bunch of other vitamins for the past 4 months, well guess what? The very mean itch I use to get, on the bottom of my feet, that was almost worth crashing my car? Just about gone now. And the hair loss I began having about 30 years ago? Well, gee. Here comes hair! And, as a woman, who’d imagine I want my hair!?

    Everyone suggests eating nutritional yeast but never the amount. I found out the hard way that when you eat too much of it (like two big tea spoons) in your smoothies, it will cause a massive outbreak in candida. Candida feed on yeast, this also includes nutritional yeast.

    • @RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies
      @RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies  29 дней назад

      It's more likely the sugar in other ingredients in your smoothie causing a candida outbreak. Nutritional yeast doesn't feed candida, it's a completely inactive form of yeast. It doesn't form live yeast in the body. Candida feeds on sugar. 💚

    • @effortlesssuccess2585

      @@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies No, I have smoothies before and I don’t have Candida outbreaks until i introduced that supplement.
      Inactive or not, it’s a yeast. It’s feeds Candida. People are unknowingly feeding this fungus if they take even two teaspoons. I think the amount people should take is the amount that fits in capsules.

    I've recently been diagnosed with Wernicke's Encephalophy, which is an extreme loss of thiamin due to alcohol abuse. This is a significant illness largely affecting the brain with considerable ill effects, such as loss of memory, declining vision, damage to other spheres of the brain, and tingling/numbness and instability in the legs and feet.
    I'd been steadily drinking every day (sherry, in my case) for seven years after my mother descended into dementia, and became increasingly aware of the physical damage being done. I'm now on 100mg of thiamin twice a day, and not drunk for the last five months (which, of course, can have its own concerns). It's too early to say how beneficial this regimen might prove to be, but I thought it might be useful to leave this comment for anyone else who has alcohol issues. (By the way, WE can affect anyone at any age - in my case, I'm 75, and would rather like to continue on for some years hence). Robert, uk.
