I'm so sorry I didn't get to make a video about that😔 but I'll try to explain it. Once I put them in, I squeezed the circle that my hair was through which made it go flat and to take it out I just took my plyers and put them on each side of the flattened circle it was in to open it back up...I hope this helps💕
