Thanks to these three fine artists for such a splendid and fresh rendition of a classic! To be honest, I never fell in love with any of the dozen versions I heard before (not even the original Montand's, if you forgive my heresy): either too rigid or too jazzy, too French or too American (the English version, clearly), too dramatic or too cheerful, too slow or too snappy, etc. This execution sounded to me nicely balanced and -- as usual -- Kaja's voice gave that moving depth and sweetness that this piece deserved. Kosma and Prevert would appreciate. Note for the random visitors that do know her other works: have a look to Kaja's classical pieces on her channel. They are what made me a fan of hers.
