I don’t care what anyone says, Jayden is the 1# gospel organist right now! Yes, greater than Mike Bereal and a handful of other awesome musicians. There are 1000s of other organist that can reharm songs. The difference is Jayden has the ability the make big chords make musical sense! His reharms have a serious level of musicality.
Cory is amazing! There are tons of amazing guys out there. To me, Cory sort of lost that “something” in his gospel playing when he started playing more Jazz and Pop. Don’t get me wrong, he is still crazy good. It’s just that edge. Jaden, to me just makes big chord progressions “make sense”. Guys at that level are all great. It just comes down to preference. To me, Jayden is the top dog of gospel organ!

Man, when it comes to a list of Jayden, Cory, Glen, Mike B and about 10 other guys, it comes down to personal preference. To me, Jayden has a slight edge over all those guys. Honestly, you couldn’t go wrong with either of those guys.
I don't know if he knows what hes really doing but but making it sound and look so easy in the keys that most musicians try to avoid is beyond amazing and impressive
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing...especially with them both playing this song. That being said, Jayden's approach sounds a lil' more "churchy", if that makes sense. Both musicians can comfortably stand on their own and are extraordinarily talented.
