Why is it that with some tokens it only allows you to do swaps sometimes? One day I tried swapping Polygon for FYN tokens and I was able to, but the next day the swap feature did not show at all.

Love the wallet. But recently , there’s a bug where some assets (which I don’t have) are showing “syncing” and I tried disabling them but still shows up everytime I log in.

I have a question:
When we stake some tokens (eg ATOM, or KAVA), do we also get a commission from the network, or are all the commission rewards taken by Exodus?
Hey there, staking works a bit differently for every asset. However, you'll receive all of your rewards. When you go to claim them, your transaction will have network fees but Exodus doesn't charge any additional fee. When some user send a transaction, he pay a fee to network. And miners (stakers) receive this commission as a reward in block.
This commission goes to us or the exodus takes it ??
Good question 💯 Exodus never benefits from your sending transaction fees since the transaction fees all go toward the network your using.

Why u remove NEO staking ?
Hey there, I've submitted your asset requests to the team 🙌 At this time, we've opted to hold off on the NEO token migration, as it's not really a hard fork, it's essentially a new asset.
GAS generation for NEO 2.0 stopped at block 8 million. This was on September 19th, 2021, and means all NEO holders will no longer receive GAS for staking their NEO 2.0 tokens.
That being said, your NEO Legacy and GAS funds can still be stored safely in your Exodus wallet 🙏 Let me know if you have any questions! -GR

Good question! Firstly, it's important to note that as a software wallet provider, Exodus doesn't conduct any transactions for our customers. Exodus provides the interface to connect the everyday person to the world of cryptocurrency. Fiat-to-crypto purchases, crypto-to-fiat withdrawals, and crypto-to-crypto swaps initiated through Exodus are directly served by third-party API providers.
That being said, typically, your newly purchased crypto via our third-party API providers will arrive in your Exodus wallet within 5-20 minutes. However, certain conditions may cause delays. It's possible to sell crypto in Exodus and then withdraw those funds to your bank account.
However, it's important to note that all Sell orders in Exodus are directly served by our third-party API provider MoonPay. Exodus is not involved in how those sell orders are processed.
