The idea that I am getting a bunch of things (meditating, exercising and cleaning) all done at once makes me feel like I have a cheat code or something! Like I’m winning a game. This might actually continue to motivate me 😃
Last night I forced myself to clean the kitchen. I'm trying to make that one of my "non-negotiables". As I walked into the kitchen this morning and the sink was completely empty and the counter wasn't full of smelly dishes from the night before, I was happier than I've been with my kitchen in a long time. Thank you so much for your help. You're the best!!!
It is such a gift that we can give to ourselves. I have a routine Monday thru Friday that i stick to probably 80% of the time. In the morning as my coffee is brewing I quickly make myself empty out the dishwasher. Put in any dirt cups that gathered over the night/morning and then I give myself about 20 minutes to calmly drink my coffee as I wake up. At night before I go to bed I quickly load up the dishwasher. And clean the counters and stove. It works for me. Im with you it makes me so happy and I feel so much better about myself too.
Been going through depression really bad(ptsd induced), but listening to 3 of your episodes has got my room almost cleaned. Time to find a fourth. I always forget how therapeutic cleaning can be during ptsd depression.
Hey Cassie, just found this podcast. It came at just the right time. I’m a senior who has some niggles healthwise. However, I have been pulling out of them and now I’m turning my attention to my poor neglected house. Listening to you, I got off the couch, washed my breakfast dishes, looked around the kitchen and then I set to! The cupboard front has been wiped, the counters cleared and scrubbed, the cat food mats picked up and washed and put outside to air dry. The fridge exterior and door handles wiped and ditto for the oven!! I’m having little 15 minutes rest and when the timer goes off I will attend to the floors! Woohoo!! Class who says you can’t teach an old dog new tricks!! Thank you! BTW it might not sound like a lot but I’m proud! So there!! lol 😂😂😂
I also suffer from depression and couldn't get motivated to start. I am so proud of myself. When I finished I cried. It took me one week. So I really hope other people do it too.
Dawn I also suffer from depression. Cass is a wonderful person to follow for encouragement and support. My house has been an overwhelming, overcrowded disaster since 2020. Sometimes we need a strong knock to open our eyes and learn to let go. Slowly Dawn, Cass and Dana White have helped me get through the debris (emotional, physical and material.) I am still making good progress. I wish you well, you can do it!
I suffer from depression often, too. This podcast is wonderful to listen to, so encouraging and motivating. Learning cleaning is self-care is revelatory. God bless you in your journey!
I did clean while listening! I didn't go crazy. I cleaned one bathroom. I wiped down my kitchen counters. Vacuumed where it needed it. Not perfect. Mopped where it was needed. Not everywhere. I feel really good. Thank you 😊
My husband has a cold, so tonight I did our evening kitchen tidy with you instead. 22 minutes and even the floor is mopped. This talk reminded me of giving my daughter FlyLady advice. My daughter was in a season of single mothering while her daughter was one and even a load a day of laundry was overwhelming. Someone (not me) told her to make sure she still made time for the day spa, and was my dear daughter was so hurt and angry! But FlyLady wisdom fell out of my mouth and I said something like "Sweetie, giving yourself a drawer full of clean underwear is self-care." Thanks for this podcast.
Cas - you might find this interesting: Many years' ago, I remember my PhD/dissertation advisor saying to me, "No one cleans more than people working on their dissertation." It's true! A dissertation is such a long-term project. And we're sitting for such long periods of time...that getting up, moving, doing something mindless, and getting a quick win feels sooo good.
I have experienced exactly this. Also: the mental feedback loop: if you look around and your environment screams back at you, " "im dirty and you're failing!" It's hard to feel well and successful. When you look around and its tidy and clean you get the feedback from your environment :"you are a capable adult with your act together ". And THAT energy is helpful ❤❤❤
Man, you're so right...my father just passed away...he was an AMAZING Christian man... I'm sick...borderline Bronchitis...but, decided to go ahead and get dressed and do the kitchen...that alone made me feel better....may have to do the floors in the evening...for the most part things look pretty good. Cas, you're such a blessing. ...thank you ❤
I’m Sorry for your loss. My father also passed away 3 weeks ago. I’m keeping my mind busy and I try to declutter everyday. I cleaned out his closet and working on my parents garage and at the same time I’m trying to clean and declutter my own home. I have a long ways to go but I have grief and cleaning and decluttering makes me feel better
I've been kicked out and sent to an extended stay hotel while my government senior apartment is being renovated. I'm also a caregiver for my husband. It's been a big stress with me at one point just freezing in front of the movers saying "I don't know, I don't know." Thanks to your videos on changing mindset and other ways to think, it hasn't been as bad as it could have been. Keep them coming. PLEASE. I will now finish organizing the hotel room with the boxes they used to move us here. 💕
While watching this I am doing laundry. Cleaned out the dishwasher and swept the kitchen floor. Took out the trash. Am tired. Taking a 5 minute break and keep going. Staying on the train Tracks. Moving forward.
On the sleep study, I'm the opposite. I got so excited because my room was clean, that I couldn't sleep! And this morning for no reason, I cleaned out my freezer and my trash is out for tomorrow pick up! But now I use your very videos to treat my feet and get rid of a fungal infection. So, I sit and do something.
When my home is clean and in order I feel truly ready to handle whatever the day throws at me. It brings me peace. And when I come home to a clean ordered home after being out day it is such a relief. Thank you and God bless you!
I packed lunches. Cleaned bathroom sink. Gathered my clothes.Stopped podcast to shower, then finished podcast while skincare & dressing. Also text to and received encouragement from friend. Oh emptied dishwasher. Great start to day 🎉
Omg, you are so right. Every time I get very angry, I feel like I need to do something and I start cleaning around the house and I truly feel better. I hated cleaning, because of my child experiences with my mother, never beeing satisfied with what I did. I was wondering why do I have the need to clean around the house when I am very angry and now I know. I am still angry when I do it, but somehow it makes me feel better and at some point the anger goes away. So I meditated without even knowing. I love the way you put it to look different at cleaning the house meditating and exercise, that is awesome. Thank you
I made a funny little deal with myself over the dishwasher! 😂 Here it is: if I need something out of the dishwasher I grab it BUT whatever rack I got it from I then have to put away everything on that rack! So if it’s a coffee cup then everything on the top rack gets put away right then. If it’s a fork then everything in the utensil basket gets put away right then. If it’s a dish then everything on the bottom rack gets put away right then. Of course I quickly get annoyed with trying to remember what’s clean and what’s not so guess what I do… I just go on and put it all away! AND if I keep it all put away then dirty dishes can go straight in the dishwasher and not in the sink. This silly little game has totally changed dishes for me!!! Hope maybe it can help someone else too! Yall have a bright, happy and blessed day!❤
Cleaning makes me so happy. I can't explain it. I love the act. It's easy, mindless work with a result that I can see immediate. It feeds my immediate gratification need. It makes me more grateful for the things I have. It is easier living in an organized house. It's a little thing about myself that I can be proud of.
I pick a small area every night to clean or organize. Might be just 2 drawers, or the shelves in the basement, dusting the blinds and windexing the windows, etc. Because I do small amounts consistently, it doesn't seem like that much work. Also, people often only clean enough to pick the house up and dust surfaces. They never really clean the rooms out, organize the closets, move the furniture, wash the q-tip jars, etc. Those are the most important parts to clean. When it's done, it feels like I live in a new home or a hotel. It's SO NICE!
One of my little tricks is having gratitude for technology. Sounds a little silly, but it works for me. I'm just so grateful to live in the age of washing machines and dish washers, so I didn't mind starting them. Even if it's the only thing I do that day, I will let the machines do their job.
I've been thinking a lot about something lately - and you just said it. You deserve to treat yourself with respect. I think a lot will follow if you just respect yourself.
Cleaning definitely is my meditation. When I’m done I feel REFRESHED AND HAPPY. Last night - I was going to let the few dishes sit in the sink. I was talking on the phone and thought WHY NOT just do the dishes while I’m talking? I felt so much better- then finished the rest of the kitchen too! went to bed and woke up to a NICE CLEAN KITCHEN.
I love cleaning my house and I have no problem getting motivated to do so. This is my secret I have fun, I enjoy, I feel like I am playing, I do not need to think, no mental struggle, it is easy. For me cleaning is self-care. Thank you for all your beautiful work!!! With ❤and gratitude🙌
Thank you for all you do. I am a 2 time cancer survivor. Now dealing with cancer again everyday that operation is not an option for me. You so inspire me to take baby steps.
Yes, I’m getting excited about decluttering, cleaning my bedroom! Only problem is it’s midnight & I should be in bed. Last night I put a load of dishes on at 11:30 pm, but was so happy this morning they were all clean-crazy!! You are helping me so much!
Hi Cass, I'm already doing this, but realizing that I'm getting more movement in makes me smile! Glad this video appeared for me. Blessings to you and all that read this 🙏🏼
Hi Cass, This video has actually prodded me to clear up the spirulina smoothie spill I threw newspaper on, that landed on the kitchen floor about a month ago. I just couldn't bring my mind to focus on the clear up until today whilst listening to you for the 3rd time. This video is inspirational and thought provoking, and as an english saying goes "kill two (or more) birds with one stone". That is my kind of jam! Thankyou so much for this and the research you did for it. I have been following you for a number of years and I have only really felt motivated to apply myself to start decluttering since my husband gave up alcohol 1.5 years ago. He has just gone to his 1st A.A. meeting and for the 1st time, in a v.long time wants to help me get our house straight. I am so proud of him. I think I'm going to ask him if we could make this our project so that by Christmas time we can have a beautiful house that we call home at last. I have wanted this for about 25 years now but not been able to follow through on any faltering starts I had made. I am a member of TYHB but not been active. Perhaps I just need to visit the group regularly, but just 30 mins at a time. Much love to you for all you do.xx.
Yes, thank you. I am definitely coming away from this video with a different perspective and cleaning, and it feels like a good one! And it all totally makes sense. With very very few exceptions I do all my dishes every day, and my kitchen and washing up set-up kind of encourages that because I don’t really have a lot of space for anything to accumulate. Generally I try to do all the dishes before going to bed, and leave them to dry on the dish rack and then put them away bit by bit as I’m walking around doing things in the morning. And when for whatever reason I don’t, I’m gentle with myself and do them when I do them :-)
Huge game changer! Process of cleaning and working as a mom. I understand the concepts of dishes every day from work. Priorities are a struggle when it seems like the whole house needs cleaned. I try some every day though.
Pulled out my wardrobe to sort through and organise whilst listening to this. As a yoga teacher "cleaning is meditation" made me giggle! You make a very valid point though, changing your mindset is the key. If I can see cleaning as an opportunity to listen to an audiobook/podcast and get some jobs done at the same time then it is no longer a chore, but some me time. Plus, it's me that gets the most benefit from the cleaning, my family would leave it much, much longer between deep cleans rather than a regular sweep around if I let them!
2 years ago, i was given the assignment to "self care". The idea was foreign to me. There were a few suggestions and I tried a couple of my own ideas. Then one day while cleaning and reorganizing a shelf in my closet, I realized that was my thing. That feeling I was supposed to be searching for was there all along. Because of my gift of packrat, people ask me to help them sometimes - reorganize their linen closets and pantries. One person called me "an organizing genius". Thanks to you and others, the packrat thing is lessening and cleaning is so much easier. And it's actually getting done!
I started on my kitchen and put this on for company. Gutted it ended half way through me clearing my "overwhelming" dumping ground of a breakfast bar. I'll have to find something else to watch while I finish it. I'm disabled, suffer from anxiety and depression and you and others like you are helping me sooo much. I think its mainly the total understanding and lack of judgement, while absolutely pushing me on to chip away at the mess. Thank you. X😊
Hi there from New Zealand. I found and started watching your videos about 4 weeks ago. I moved across country and living in a very small home unit. For the past 4 years I had a large full storage shed of furniture etc, that I was paying $100 a week for. I have been wanting to sort through it, but didn't really have the right mind set or energy to do it. My home is organized and very clean. I have OCD. I also found Dave Ramsey and started watching him and his Daughters channel. My mindset just changed in a few days. I got the energy and I have majorly downsized and declutted. I had to wear a mask as I am an asthmatic and allergic to dust. I donated over half the storage shed to charity shops. They even picked it up. It feels so good to give to others and feels like a weight of your shoulders. I still have a small storage shed and I will down size that too.Thank you for sharing all your videos. I like to listen to you. I'm not sure what clutterbug I am. I have enjoyed decluttering. I have always enjoyed cleaning.
What makes you feel better? Looking at your stuff neatly organized out in the open or looking at matching bins where everything is hidden. If the first option than you are visual and most likely a bee if hidden you are probably a cricket . These are the more detailed of the bugs. Kids are usually Butterflies 🦋 and Ladybugs are the ones that love their things hidden but don't have to have macro categories insides those bins.
This is brilliant Dawn. Go you 👏 🙌 💪 I am an admirer of New Zealand I imagine it to be beautiful there. I'm in the UK. Well done on all you have achieved so far!
Well done and best wishes for the new chapter in your life. When I declutter my lower calves feel a lot lighter, it’s a magical feeling. You’ll love the Dana K White and the Minimal Mom channels. Cass collaborates with them. Hello from across the ditch! 😊
I'm in Ballito South Africa and just spent my first hour seeing cleaning from your perspective...I wish a light bulb on a world map could light up everywhere women are cleaning listening to you. It would light up the whole world map. Thankyou from my heart for changing my life in all areas I struggle with.
Watching now putting everything in its placed in my kitchen, sweeping wiping surfaces my dishwasher is broken so I’m sick of doing dishes and a lot of times I let them drain, but I’m cleaning the drain and drying the drain and putting all the dishes away and it feels insanely great
Wearing tealli good shoes while cleaning is key to protect your body (knees hips and back) while working. I wear workout clothes and a sports bra when i clean and absolutely think of it as exercise because its very physical work❤
Cass I recently heard you talking about walking through the house with a rag and an all purpose cleaner and just wiping any smutz you find. I tried it today and now I have decided to add it to my morning routine. Thank you!!
This was sooo helpful. I can’t even say how grateful I am for that. It changes my whole perspective on cleaning (which I absolutely hate doing). I was actually able to clean a lot while listening to this, as you recommended ❤️ now my house is much cleaner 🥳
Greetings from Germany! Thank you so much Cas! I sorted my laundry,, cleaned the kitchen, freed up the garden trampoline from all leafs and dirt of the cold season. I was meditating, working out and can add one thing to your list of benefits from cleaning; I improved my rusted english skills with your calming voice on the headphones. Thank you so much ❤
My mom used to always say that the feeling of accomplishment is the greatest feeling in the world. I’m not sure it’s the greatest, but it’s right up there! 😊❤
You are INCREDIBLE! I found you a couple of weeks ago and binged. [I've been overwhelmned and immobilized for a long time.] I've watched many videos on decluttering/cleaning etc, but was never motivated. You speak to me [and others, I'm sure], in such a different, deeper way, that I don't feel like a hopeless/loser NOW. You've inspired me, and I've already started. [And IT IS a joy to accomplish each task]. Thank you so very much. ♥ Just SUBSCRIBED.
Four years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer (now 4 years cancer free!), along with some other serious health issues. During the following year, my house was immaculate! I figured since I couldn’t control my body, I could control the state of my health. My husband got quite upset with me during this time, until I explained to him that I needed SOMETHING I could control. And that something was the state of my house! I happy to report I am now recovering from those health issues, and there are times I still feel my life is out of control, but it is much better! I baked muffins and cleaned up afterwards while listening to this podcast. Thank you for inspiring me to keep on keeping on ♥️
I'm so grateful that I have a clean kitchen each morning with NO dishwasher! Cas thanks so much! Plus, Im veing assessed for mental functioning/ senior brain health. All because of the sincere way you present ADHD and related issues. God put you in my life. And it has saved my life. Really.
I cleaned out and organize my refrigerator after wiping all the shelves. It looks great! I also set a reminder in my phone to do this task every Friday. You inspired me ❤
Cas you could be talking about my house with the story you shared. No pets but everything else... I want to cry. Plus we need to move to an expensive area in the next month and still find a place and pack the whole house and repair and clean it by myself with my kids and i lost my sources of income and don't have plan B in place, and how to qualify for a new home with this situation.... lol! I was always the neat freak in the family, my bedroom was immaculate as a teenager, even after having kids I loved having things tidy and orderly... think I'm a cricket lol. But the past few years took a crazy toll. Recent losses and struggles in the past year has made it so. much. worse. It's not just tidying and cleaning, got to return to square one with declutter. Need motivation! BC what I want to do is lie on my bed in my robe and binge watch things and eat doordash lmao... Need a win for sure!
Thank you for this encouragement!!! I am right there with your loved one. I felt like running away last night, but that would not solve anything Lol My father passed away a year ago after a 5 year stuggle with dementia and my mother has been very ill even longer. I am trying to help her go through everything, ll that has been hoarded, including a decade of dust while trying to sell my own home (with unusual difficulties) and move 1000 miles away. Husband is in the movie industry and has not worked for a year. And I haven’t worked since beginning caring for my parents 18 months ago. I am not looking for pity, but also want to encourage others to persevere with doing good through difficult circumstances, one baby step at a time. Much love for each of us ❤
I did 25 minutes of work while listening to this. The meditation part reminded me of an episode of "Upstairs, Downstairs' wherein the maids' sleeping quarter was a sign: "To Work is to Pray."
Good morning, I have been cleaning, organizing, ironing all morning while listening to various of your podcasts/videos. I had to rewind and listen to you repeat that I am doing this for me, for my happiness, for my wellbeing. That is a different state of mind and makes it more enjoyable to do. Thank you for your inspiration!! Have a beautiful day.
I had a blanket on my couch that I started cleaning from cat vomit. If you have older cats, you know. I had do e one side the other day, but your podcast made me get off my butt and flip the blanket and clean the other side. This blanket is actually two heavy blankets sewn together and is from Korea, gifted from my uncle, who Served there a long time ago. It is supposed to be dry cleaned, but I don't have the finances to this right now. So, I am cleaning it myself. It's almost ready to be stored away for another season. Thanks for the motivation. I exercised, felt like I meditated, felt happy, and now relaxed! Thank you, thank you, thank you. I did it for my husband and two cats to get the livingroom in order.
I hear you about cats. I keep washable throw blankets on my couch and my bed. I shake them out to get rid of the hair and try to wash weekly. But I do get lazy and skip a week. Then I feel terrible about myself. So I need to keep up the weekly routine. I love my cats but boy are they high maintenance.
I got my dishes washed and wiped off the counters and cleaned the microwave really good. I also got most of the dishes dried and put away too! It feels so much better!
I needed this today! Had a couple hours to myself and was tempted to crash, but instead I put away clean dishes, did the dirty dishes, gave my sink a thorough clean, changed out laundry, put clean laundry away and now I'm going to turn on another podcast and dust my living room and do as much as I can in my bedroom before I have to work again!
You know whats? I'm being following you from some time, and discovered by my own experience on your words of advice; it's true. I'm happy cleanning !!!!
Great video! I vacuumed and mopped, started a load of laundry and did some light tidying around the house while I listened. Always feels so good! Love to body double like this! ❤
Lovely podcast and love your honesty with lot of misconceptions we have as people! We can and we should change mindset to be happier. Totally agree with you❤😊
Absolutely, cleaning makes me very happy!!! I already did my spring cleaning ( deep cleaning at my home) I keep my house very clean and organized. I don’t like clutter, I love organizing, see a beautiful place❤❤❤❤❤❤
Good Girl! I am on a roll and playing this while doing major laundry and decluttering. 😊 Yes! I changed the (3) “cat boxes!” first thing today. The cats sure appreciated it. 😽
Wow Cass 🎉🎉🎉!!! You really hit home with this video! I felt like you were talking directly at me and reminding of WHY we need to clean our home. Thank you for that gentle reminder!!!! ❤ I felt like your messaged was engraved in my mind and heart! 😊
I washed dishes while listening to this and was about to quit when you convinced me to keep going, because I had a few more items on the countertop that needed washing but I was going to postpone until later tonight or tomorrow. I did leave one dirty pot that needs to be scrubbed, so I’ll probably do that one tomorrow. Thank you for the motivation!
Just decluttered our entry way coat closet. Amazing. I can easily get stuff in and out. And it only took about 30 minutes! I so appreciate take your house back course and you for me having gotten to this point where I’m going way further decluttering than I ever thought.
Someone asked me a long time ago if I ever got bored with cleaning? I felt like there was something wrong or shameful about it. I’m so glad to hear you put a positive message to cleaning!
This really helped me make a dent in my kitchen, thank you! I cleaned it yesterday and then after batch cooking today, felt very disappointed that it was in a worse state than yesterday morning! Your voice is very soothing and motivating.
Today, I began cleaning. I often put on You Tube or a podcast or a book. Today, your video popped up. Thank you for your honest discussion today. I am struggling with many things and I NEED my house clean. You helped me understand my why. Your points made a huge difference in my mindset and actually has given me a little boost through this crazy hormonal midlife journey. Thank You so much. You have helped me feel better.
OMG, we are so alike. I love my family but sometimes I need to step away and just be and let my mind wander, so cleaning is an alone activity for me. I also put my earbuds with a good distracting book (I'm more into Patterson, ah Michael Bennett ;-) and you're right it is a form of meditation and afterward I see the place clean and in order and I can be around people again. I do feel guilty to want to be alone but I think you're right I need it, not just want it.
Yes! This surprised me. I wrote a weekly routine (also daily non-negotiable tasks) and I pretty much followed it. I felt so happy and proud when I managed, mostly, to do it. And now it gets better because this week will be so much easier! I did some things "crappy," but I did them and my list was not super-hard, to begin with. I struggle with my house and have spent a lot of time hating myself over it. If I can make it better, anyone can!
❤🎉I clean in the Morning 🌄 Everday before My part time job is when I have the most Energy since I'm nearing ❤ 70 ❤ It feel Great to come in to a Clean Home 🏡 it helps to Declutter ❤ First❤Love ❤️ Y'a Cutterbugs Callie Girl
🎉 I love this concept💕 it does feel good to get my meditation done every day! 😁 Feeling so stressed because my washer went on the Fritz... just my husband and I. But two weeks of no washing, parts and parts needed to be ordered. But it's fixed and now I need to play catch up. Washer is fixed, getting back in the saddle! But I feel I can get better control of this than before👌
Change your mindset and you change everything. Great vid Cass one of your best vids and messages! It is life-changing and it really works. I've come to love it, hated it before. Now I love to take care of my things, clean and wash them, just like myself, my animals and plants. Taking care of others is part of being an adult and being independent. You get to choose and to take action. One day it might not be the case anymore. Caring and cleaning is progress and means you are alive❤
I got so much done listening to you for the last half hour. I am a life long get it done girl. It was nice to clean while having a cheerleader. Thank you.
Yes it does make sense . It took me with your help and Advice 3 weeks to completely Declutter my House . & I’ve adopted your routine of 15 minute pick up before bed & Dishes Done & kitchen clean before bed 😅 I feel accomplished & my husband is proud also . This week I’ll be Decluttering my car 🚗
Your charisma is so encouraging and I loved this podcast! It was better than I thought it would be … I think you just gave me all the “excuses” that I need to take time to clean my house every day 😂
The idea that I am getting a bunch of things (meditating, exercising and cleaning) all done at once makes me feel like I have a cheat code or something!
Yes yes and yes! Life changing truly
A Win! Next try the 5 minute toss/declutter routine
Put a load 2 wash and did all my dishes
I’ve read that washing dishes by hand has the same grounding benifits as earthing.
Been going through depression really bad(ptsd induced), but listening to 3 of your episodes has got my room almost cleaned. Time to find a fourth. I always forget how therapeutic cleaning can be during ptsd depression.
Keep moving ahead, never give up. God bless
So there!! lol 😂😂😂
THANKS, FOR YOUR STORY. ENJOYED IT❤❤❤
That was A LOT for someone with niggles. I have them, too, and the word makes me laugh!
💐👏👏
I also suffer from depression and couldn't get motivated to start. I am so proud of myself. When I finished I cried. It took me one week. So I really hope other people do it too.
That's so amazing and inspiring! Thank you for sharing ❤

Thank you for taking the time to read my comment.

I also suffer from depression. Cass is a wonderful person to follow for encouragement and support.

Someone (not me) told her to make sure she still made time for the day spa, and was my dear daughter was so hurt and angry! Best advice I’ve heard - You’re in charge of your schedule, and you’re the only one that can change it💪🦋
“Sometimes you need a win IN THIS MOMENT “ so true.
I have done this for my whole life! When I feel like things are out of control, I get domestic! I can control my environment!
That was a SpongeBob episode when he cleaned because he didn't know what to write for his essay. "Can''t have dirty garbage!" 🧽😄
So glad you said this!
Cleaning is the same as meditation and exercise....that's INCREDIBLE! 🙂
Especially since I am sorry to say, I NEVER exercise!
Clean is definitely not same as meditation they both way different benefit 😊😮
Cas, you're such a blessing. ...thank you ❤
❤ So sorry to hear about your father
My condolences to you on the passing of your Father. Thank you for sharing. My best to you going forward 😊❤
Bless your heart....praying for you. ❤
Thank you ❤
I've been kicked out and sent to an extended stay hotel while my government senior apartment is being renovated.
That "traintrack" does wonders for me!😊 So simple and a complete mindshift🎉
Yall have a bright, happy and blessed day!❤
It crossed my mind to do that, but I was afraid I might like the outcome! 😂
Couldn't agree more!
U DESCRIBED MY POSITIVE BENEFITS AS WELL ❤I’m saving this video for sure after sharing numerous times ❤❤
@@JesseSabo❤
Blessings to you and all that read this 🙏🏼
I feel better in a clean and organized and decluttered home !!!
Blessings +++!!!
Hi Cas, I love ,love, love your podcast.
Voice is my go to therapy now. You make me want to clean my space more. Thank you
Yes, thank you.
"Cleaning is a form of meditation." Loves this!
Thank you. X😊
I painted the guest room today while listening to you. I do feel proud of myself. Thank you for the encouragement. 😊
You’ve helped me clean and tidy my bedroom. Still needs a good declutter but I’m so happy I’ve got this far x
That’s awesome! ❤
I actually like both.
Watching now putting everything in its placed in my kitchen, sweeping wiping surfaces my dishwasher is broken so I’m sick of doing dishes and a lot of times I let them drain, but I’m cleaning the drain and drying the drain and putting all the dishes away and it feels insanely great
I just finished cleaning and now I will listen to your soothing voice while I rest . I've done so much decluttering over the past year. 🎉🎉🎉
I agree, her voice in this episode is so calming and just not Cass. Like a whole different person.
@joanclary3622 .......your comment is so true......she has a very calm voice
..this is the first time........I watch her pod cast.....take care
Wearing tealli good shoes while cleaning is key to protect your body (knees hips and back) while working. I wear workout clothes and a sports bra when i clean and absolutely think of it as exercise because its very physical work❤
Cass I recently heard you talking about walking through the house with a rag and an all purpose cleaner and just wiping any smutz you find. I tried it today and now I have decided to add it to my morning routine. Thank you!!
Awesome!!!!! I’ve never had so much fun cleaning as when listening to this!!!❤🎉
This was sooo helpful. I can’t even say how grateful I am for that. It changes my whole perspective on cleaning (which I absolutely hate doing). I was actually able to clean a lot while listening to this, as you recommended ❤️ now my house is much cleaner 🥳
Reorganized the armoire and hall closet listening to this! Thank you Cass!
You inspired me ❤
I love when you said we all need a little me time to just zone out.
Much love for each of us ❤
Your hair & the colour of your blouse look great. That colour really suits you.
This was such a great podcast!! I cleaned my bathroom and shower while I listened!! 🎉❤
I cleared the counter, did the dishes and took the rubbish out. Don’t feel anything other than back ache right now but tomorrow me will be grateful.
Good Girl! I am on a roll and playing this while doing major laundry and decluttering. 😊
Yes! I changed the (3) “cat boxes!” first thing today. The cats sure appreciated it. 😽
I love this so much, thank you! Great motivation to see cleaning as self-care. 🙂
I agree, it is so hard to start. But once I start, I really enjoy the process, and actually find it meditative
I've cleaned out 3 cabinets above washer & Dryer in Laundry Room since listening to this podcast😊
I cleaned my bathroom and the kitchen while listening to you! I love you SO much Cas. Meeting you one day is on my bucket list. 😊
Started watching thevideo on my tablet then got up and cleaned my kitchen. Thankyou for the inspiration 😊
Cas, I am cleaning out a closet while I'm listening to you. Hopefully, it will be completely cleaned out by the end of the wkend. 😊
I changed the sheets on my bed! 👏🤗 Well said.. Thank you ❤
This really helped me make a dent in my kitchen, thank you!
I literally just cleaned nd reorganized my kitchen yesterday and am seeing this now for the first time and just 🥳🤯
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Just what I needed to hear!
💯 agree with all that you said today! I deep cleaned two bathrooms while i listened today. Took off the toilet seats and everything!! Thanks Cas 💫!
During this podcast, I washed my dishes and am almost finished with cleaning out my refrigerator!!!!
So agreeeeee it’s amazing how calming it is because I know I am in control of how clean my house is where I don’t have control of other things 😊
Love the meditation aspect! Had no idea! 🎉❤
I got so much done while listening to this podcast. Sorry to hear about your loved one situation. I pray that things will get better for them.
Feeling so stressed because my washer went on the Fritz... just my husband and I.
It was better than I thought it would be …
I think you just gave me all the “excuses” that I need to take time to clean my house every day 😂
Excellent video! I agree 100%!
