This song is so "SPECIAL" and the way in which Dr. Mattie Moss-Clark delivers this song - makes it unique. Anybody covering the song should note how the song is delivered. This is a testimony. This is an affirmation. This a proclamation, to be delivered... SLOWLY AND TIMELY. You cannot race through this song.
All I can say is Lord have mercy! That choir almost made me hurt myself. I was mesmerized with a smile as BIG as all outdoors glued to my face. Smiling so big, and wide, and hard as if i couldn't stop, until it got to much for me. Had to make myself release the facial muscles that had become quite tense in disbelief. That choir was so great, and powerful, and awesome with its thunderous voice. And those lead singers were phenomenal. Oh the mighty power of God. Oh for those bygone times. Thank you for posting this video. What a treat! ❤❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍😃😊
It's 1:45am and this song popped into my head. Glad I found it. I remember my church choir jammin' on this song, and the congregation responding gloriously!!!
@@tarajonsimons9902 you’ve gotta watch all the old videos of Betty singing songs and Mattie taking the mic from her and giving it to Karen after Betty messes up a word or a note, in this video Betty’s voice cracked and Mattie had her hand the mic off. And she never remembered lyrics or sang the songs “the right way” 😂
KAREN!!!!!!!! IM SCREAMING....YOU ARE SO BEAUTIFUL...I SEE A ..CONCERT. REMAKE THE CLASSIC CLARK SISTERS SONG ITS GONNA BE ALRIGHT..... ❤❤❤❤ HEARD IT THE OTHER DAY 70S I I THINK....THIS TIME YALL BRING KEKE IN ........
@@christopherjohnson7219this is very false Twinkie wrote this song back in 1976 for the Clark sisters album entitled unworthy with Karen on lead. Dr. Mattie Moss Clark and Twinkie brought this song to COGIC Nat’l Choir with Dr. Clark Leading the song, also Karen, Rev. James Moore and Bettye Nelson would lead this song as well. Twinkie wrote this song it just was brought to the C H Mason choir just like Endow Me, Hallelujah, These are They I tried Him and I know Him, and many others that were penned by Twinkie!!
I miss church music that sounds and feels like Church music.
