My grandma makes tres leches every raya, and i grew up eating it. What I could suggest you to do is to soak the whole cake (sampai x nampak cake tu) in the milk for at least 8 hours or more in the fridge

Whipping cream tu jadi buttermilk. It's prolly bcs the mixer was too fast or the temperature of the cream was not cool enough. So basically you guys made butter instead 😂😂
Hi Aisyah, if u ever wanna make this again, i suggest after the cake sejuk.. u cucuk2 atas cake tu.. before u tuang the milk so that the milk kinda soak thru all parts of the cake. i saw sumwhere where people make this kinda cake do that..make sure that the milk goes into the cake.. if you know what i mean.. all in all i love this content..
also another tips aisyah where the main ingredient of this is cake is condensed milk, u should use the pure condensed milk instead of the F&N brand one, because the F&N one is full of sugar and palm oil only.
baking is not like cooking..you really need precision and you have to follow the steps. and yes, patience. also a tip when mixing do a number 8 to make sure its airy. but aisyah mmg dpt the talent from mamasue la. not everyone can do that well for first try so good job!! also, when i saw u were obsessed with the cake i googled the recipe n i was like, ini mamasue boleh buat ni..hehehe..

I usually put whipping cream when dah potong so I can choose how much whipping cream/berries I want on my cake slice
What we normally do is to use a fork to makes holes ontop and thennn soak the cake 😊
