  • These are what I've tried, if you think I missed one - or more - then please let me know.
I bought every one of these (well, not the Ares, but I didn't get paid to review it) so if you don't like my opinion, at least I'm not a shill. :)

Pew J - so Ive run several of those belts and some that are basically identical - web strap with small hook buckle. BUT I have to tell you my 2 Kore Essential belts adjust way better and lock in place solidly and have all the support needed, with some flex so you can move in comfort. so thats my word to the wise.

Thanks for the video. I just ordered the synthetic magpul wich is a bit thinner than the leather 1. Reasons being that i like brown leather and custom belt buckles. It looks to be a good representation of leather and i have a hole punch if i need to make it more adjustable. Fingers crossed that it works well

@@PewJitsu definitely. It's very gripping wich takes getting used to. I added extra holes. It's real good for inside waistband carry. I moved the retainer loop further down so it's kinda floating on the belt to hold the extra length instead of cutting the extra length off 👍

I was running a Kore Essentials belt, but it was far too stiff for AIWB and gave the entire tactical shelf printing. Just got the Blue Alpha Gear Low Profile 1.5” EDC belt. So far, it’s been fantastic. Seems a lot like the Wilderness Frequent Flyer and Low Pro belts.

    • @PewJitsu

I carry AIWB 5 days week (or more) and after a bunch of research took chance and picked up the Kore X9 setup and man it works great and it was $60. Its there new low profile buckle thats totally micro adjusting and so the fit is unmatched. I can move the fit tighter 1/4 inch at time.

I went through so many damn belts until I found the "foundation belt" from edc Co. Talk about an absolutely perfect and comfortable belt with the smallest center belt buckle. The belt is rigid where you want it to be while being form fitting and much more soft and flexible at the 5/6/7 o'clock positions. I can almost promise you'll like the edc Co foundation belt because everything you're looking for is exactly the same as me. It will become your new favorite. I think I paid 40 or 50 bucks for mine.

Honestly tried a handful of these belts and most are floppy straps with no support and u gotta undo the PIA velcro straps to adjust. None are good edc options for work or town.

I really like my klik belt except that the cobra buckle is huge. I am considering wilderness tactical instructor. Didn't see the low pro on the website. I'll look again. Thanks gabe

I wouldn't get the instructor belt except for OWB. The Low Pro', then the Frequent Flyer would be my recommendation.

@@PewJitsu I actually (back)ordered an EDC belt on your recommendation. If you want to revisit this one day and do an update to talk more on the belts you've since used I'd be happy to contribute my experience with the Bigfoot.

I found thru a lot of trial and error that Kore belts are going to give you the most precise easily adjustable size fit for ccw and appendix carry. You can actually adjust there belts super quick even while you are walking without even undoing the buckle. And the Kore belts are reinforced for support. I can tell you I have tried a few of those belts and most are floppy and dont stay put or adjust easily at all.
