28:08 "I worked really hard to develop trust- genuine trust" and didn't want to represent anyone unfairly she says - after repeatedly slagging off what Francis Rossi said to her throughout her talk.

Why would a woman do a series on masculinity? Possibly to attempt to control the narrative.

@awesome guy My guess is that she went through several before landing on those that would provide what was being sought. But it's just a guess though.

@awesome guy I'm sure they do. Do you think that a Man that refuses to protect and provide is a 'Real Man'?
The problem with 'Masculinity' from my observation is that it is generally defined by someone that wants something for nothing.
The state that wants cannon fodder,
      Women that want Hosts,
      Society that want workhorses,
      Trads that want continuity.
Can one be Masculine and prioritize oneself or is Masculinity tied to duty to others?
If it is tied to duty then is 'masculinity the most appropriate descriptor?
      Something to think about.

@awesome guy It's the word game that society requires Men participate in.
      The 'shame game'.
The problem for 'trads' in particular is, it requires that Men not know it is being played.
Women can work and Machines are the new workhorses? Exactly!
But what keeps society running is still dangerous and dirty.
The question in my opinion is not whether women can but whether they will in the numbers that are required at the cost society can afford.
What Traditional gender roles are women restricted to in your opinion?
