@@944clogue With the way they making moves...Flus is NOT on the hot seat but I do expect improvements on his game management skills but in no way do you fire him next season if this upcoming one is a wash. That would be use doing the JF process and all the old stuff all over again. Flus at the very least gets two more seasons.

Justin started 40 games and was sub par/traded for a 6th round pick and no one really wanted him. He was given 40 chances and could not prove himself.

If Matt thinks it's important to have guys that have played the position before I hope he goes and gets at least one of them...
How does the NFL prevent the Henry Ruggs and Rasheed Rice type kids from making such huge and regrettable mistakes when becoming a star rookie on any given team? These kids have too much money and substances handed to them before they are mature enough to ignore the hype and distractions. Have a rookie salary cap set much, much lower and guidence counseling to help them adjust accordingly.
They have a rookie wage scale, and the rookies are all required to go to seminars that covers how to be a pro, money management, etc

@edriley2703 the problem with these players are they're their own worst enemy. Combine that with growing up with people who constantly put them on a pedestal but are too afraid to be tough on them with the fear of being cut off, and they develop entitled behaviors which leads to them making horrible decisions
