Apparently it was the same dev team that made gravity rush. They are close-knit team risen from the ashes of the old playstation studio Japan. I hope they get to make many more games together. (edit: I stand corrected, not all the same team, but Team Asobi is a spin-off team originally as a division of the now defunct playstation Japan studio.)

Unfortunately Sony isn't going to have their studios develop games like Astro. While I wish they would, these games don't bring in the revenue/profit Sony is focused on making those big budget games and trying to make big live service games
If a game deserves all the love and recognition it's getting it's definitely this one. So much passion and love put into the game by the developers, they deserve every bit of fame. Hopefully we see this beautiful game selling well and winning some awards
Game of this generation so far for me. And i.dont generally enjoy 3d platformers. Just surprise after surprise on every planet, great gadgets that change the gameplay, hilarious featured IP levels and great boss fights. Just pure joy this game.

There was an unexplainable joy going through this game and seeing all the old faces i grew up with. The platforming and combat is fun, simple and had just the right amount of challenge. I hope the success of this gives Sony a shake to let them know these kind of games are always welcome.
