Afande Sam Byaruhanga was of Rwandan Origin , he unfortunately died in early days of rwanda liberation war arround 1991, He is one of the best NRA figters with Rwandan origins , him with Fred Rwigema(rip), Paul kagame, Adam wasswa(rip), steven ndugute kalisoliso , chris bunyenyezi rip, David bayingana( (rip) etc.

@user-rz4lf8gu8u He retired a Senior officer. That's enough. The salute he gets at the Quarter Guards I think doesn't differ from Brigadier's. Meaning he can still fix deals with his comrades if he keeps a good heart. And I see at least he looks good.
