Great show. I miss the old band line-up. Newest album seems more rock/pop and is really good, but I prefer more of the early Sam. Look forward to December 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th with Tab. I think some of these artist owe datflys some royalties for increasing their exposure…worldwide! Always such high quality. I defy anyone to find better live music productions consistently broadcasted on the interweb.
Musicians come and go in bands. Some can't handle the road, and some have families and other jobs. Catch the reality of the situation. Your narrow view doesn't see it all. She's an amazing musician just trying to do her best thing.

I like Sams previous line up and music style. So please explain to me how you deduct my “narrow” view. I met some of Sam’s previous band members. As you stated, they even mentioned having to pay bills ….prior to Covid and with the covid situation Sam had to have a “narrow” view of her line up and minimize it. I GET IT. I also stated her new sound is really good. ..ooh, I’m wastin’ too much time on you…
I.M.O. Some if her early stuff was not that great. When I heard "Chills & Fever" I took notice. It's not Blues but it reminds me of Amy Winehouse. I started understanding where she's at. There's the Blues she loves, & then theres the more commercial material. Granted playing w/ just bass & drums is a tall order, she did OK with it. A her popularity has grown she's now able to afford more pieces. Her playing on "Hello Stranger" surprised me. She can play (and sing) the hell outta R & B. All those little sliding licks & hammer-ons. Excellent ! Heard her doing "War Pigs" by Black Sabbath, hated it (NOT a fan of Black Sabbath). I love her "schtick" The hot & glamorous "Blues Mama".
Avertising on You Tube is OK, but there should be a moral guard for stopping tastless ads like the one with ear wax. It makes one puke! Please You Tube! This hounts one away from the channel.
