  • Welcome welcome! First and foremost thank you for being here and watching my videos. In this video I introduce my new 2024 Seadoo Explorer Pro 230. I have been around jetskis and Seadoo's forever. My mom had me riding in the tray of a standup when I was 3. My first Seadoo was a 1994 SPX my dad owned way back when. I have owned over 20 jetskis, and even broke my eye socket riding freestyle several years ago on a built Hurricane with a TPE964. I have since retired (lol) from riding standups hard. Onto the couch life.
THIS SEADOO is AMAZING! The storage, handling, and options this thing has is NUTS! A color LCD display, bluetooth audio, hours, miles, an accurate fuel gauge! I am stoked on this purchase. I went back and forth between a 300 GTX and build it out like an Explorer or just go with the 230 Explorer. Coming from a 2019 Yamaha GP1800R SVHO that is FAST I opted for the 230 mainly for gas mileage savings, but still wanted something that could hit around 60. I am very happy with the middle ground the 230 offers.
Enjoy the video and thank you again for being here. Please LIKE and SUBSCRIBE. I know you're cool but doing so will make you even cooler.

Nice, I just got the '24 170. Can I ask what camera mount you are using on the front rail? Thank you

Congrats! Welcome to the family. It is a insta 360 mount but it did not work as good as I hoped as it sorta fell slowly after hitting some waves.

@@OneinthaChamber they're for mountain biking but they block air really well and are prism so work well on water. They def are big though 🤣

I have one also. Mine has the windshield. Where is yours?

I put a GTX fairing on it. I have the windshield but don't run it.. maybe for colder temps I will. 69mph is rad, mine is pulling 62-63 but thats two people and gear on 89. Ill have to run some 93 in it and see what it does.

Mine goes 69mph with 93 octane and I touch 70 frequently.

@@Tin233 I am not 100% sure. I'm actually going on a big ride tomorrow bringing a ton of extra fuel, so I'll be able to give you an updated answer this weekend! Stay tuned for a rad video too.

@@Tin233 so I did 100 miles today. Burned an entire tank, maybe a tiny bit more. 60% of the day was at 35-42 mph and the other 40% was at 45-55 with several pulls to 60-62. New video will be up soon. Most of the day was very flat but i was hauling 15 gallons of fuel the first 50 miles, then 5 gallons home the last 50 miles. Hope this helps!
