Awesome catch. I had never had cobia until I moved to Florida but now it’s one of my favorite fish. I love the texture, it’s such a unique and versatile fish. And sight casting them is a rush like nothing else.
The only time that level of MIC NOISE is acceptable is when a F18 is going by. LOL.

I'm from North Carolina and spots are very popular here. It's almost time for them to be in season. I normally go to Virginia to fish for them when they are running. (Migrating south). You gotta do a catch clean and cook for spots. Its a southern treat. We eat them with grits. We eat them on light bread with hot sauce. We eat them with waffles. Anything!

I'm with bluegabe! I'm from stuart and I can't do popsicle sticks either. My uncle was the Martin co. Sheriff for a very long time. James Holt wished I would have been alive back then before stuart blew up. Cove road used to be nothing but farm land. Now every time i come see the family I feel like i don't recognize stuart, hobe sound, Jupiter, debois Park is a must ever time im in town! Keep up the good work guys. U all make me miss home bad
