I bought my Terra Trike Rover for $800. At that time I thought it was a very expensive Trike. So saying a trike is affordable at $1600 is stretching things a bit.
Once you go below a Maverick in price, you're in the "cheap zone" where the quality will be severely lacking and enjoyment will be sacrificed. (The Rover is no longer manufactured, and the Maverick is TerraTrike's most affordable option.) Feel free to watch our "Why are trikes so expensive?" video to further understand why trike prices have increase over the last decade.
The trikes mentioned with their estimated prices were: 1. Terratrike Maverick $1600 2. Terratrike Rambler Wide $2200 3. Terratrike Gran Tourismo $2500 4. Greenspeed GT20 $2800 5. Catrike Villager $3000 Am I correct that the only folding trike is the Greenspeed? Also, could you please post this price list with the cost of adding a motor to each (assuming that's possible)?
The both are good, it's personal preference. I would try both out to see which one you like better. The seat is a huge factor for comfort and choosing your trike.
I weigh 450 and I need to find a way of exercising that is less impact on my feet, ankle, knees. I live in hilly area. Does anyone make a Trike or Quad that can help me turn my life around. Thank you for any recommendations.
Call me crazy but…. I’d rather see the bike than a talking head. I don’t want to hear about the bike I want to see the bike and have it explained. Btw, I just got a Maverick as my work truck. I tow a trailer behind it. What is my work you ask? I give sandcastle lessons on the beach! And yes I know, fat tires are next on my list.

Out of these five, the GT20 is the only folding trike. It's just about $3k to add a Bosch motor to any of these trikes.
I have a Terra trike All terrain with a few extras and I love it.😊 With the bonch motor
My wife has a Terra Trike Gran Tourismo (4-years old), and like the Rambler, we upgraded it to an E-Bike using the Bosch motor as well.
General cost of motor add on?
Around $3k for a Bosch motor add-on.
I got a CaTrike Expedition. $3,500. Anything that helps you stay healthy is worth it
Thanks for making this. Informative. Wanted to see more of the bikes & less face
Thanks for watching! What other videos would be helpful for you that we may not have made yet?
Is it better to have direct steering or indirect steering? I'm considering a catrike or an ICE trike.

I have a 5 y/o Terra Trike Gran Tourismo. Can I add a battery powered motor and or suspension system to the trike?
You can add a Bosch motor! Can't add suspension.
What is your opinion of the Avenue trike?
We've never seen one come into our store, they are a smaller brand.

The GreenSpeed Magnum XL has a weight limit of 450lbs, and the Catrike MAX has a weight limit of 425lbs, so those two could be good options.
Trikes or Two wheel recumbent? Two wheel is lighter and easier to load onto to the car and easiest to use with public transportation
Trikes can easily be put into most hatchbacks or SUV vehicles. And people like them for their comfort and ease of balance.
What is that wierd delta trike on the front page image
I think that is a Mobo

I'll let our video guy know ;)
