Great video Axel! on the stock picking argument, there is the nice SPIVA overview provided by S&P which shows the percentage of underperforming funds against S&P - It's looking clearer than the table :)
Great suggestion. Can you post a link to the SPIVA overview here? Or in case RUclips blocks your comment because of the link, can you send it to mail@perfinex.de? Thanks!
@perfinex I have a question: if you have, say, 50k for a down payment on a flat. What’s more clever? Buy a small and cheaper one, so the 50k is a higher percentage (and so you can pay it off quicker), or a bigger and more expensive one?
That is a great question that deserves its own video. We‘ll probably release it in late September / early October and link it here if we don’t forget. 😅
Good and clarifying video, thank you! I believe different types of investment apply differently for each person’s reality. I have friends who invest on cows, because they have a relative they trust to keep the animals and let them grow until they can sold, and they make good money with it. Not for me. I invest on ETFs, mostly because I already pay mortgage and have no time to put on stock picking. and for buying another real estate and rent, my main blocker is the current high interest rates and the difficulty to manage a property. But that’s something I m trying to learn and find a good entry point.

This Video is a proof for all the people who just spread their false Opinions and don't believe in the Power of Investment. Keep up the good work 👏

Am I the only one who was looking for a guy next to him but couldn't see one. Is he John Cena or something?
