Interesting to come upon this encounter. I was able to spend time with Adya years ago when there were only a few of us in a room in California. I have found all of his books to be amongst my favorites. Each offering such valuable deepening understandings. I have read most of Peter's books and especially love Catafaulk and finding out about the intensity of Jung. The tome Reality gave me a new understanding of Western Civilization of which I was acquainted somewhat through Osho's books on Heraclitus and Pythagoras which I love. I never understood how Empedocles and Parmenides views were inverted leading to our over focus on mind and rational thought. It all made sense to me of how the greatest taboo--knowing the truth of one's being was subverted, ignored, overlooked and denied in favor of the simulacra of ego persona. To read Reality is to literally enter into an altered state. Definitely night-time consciousness.
Peter Kingsley and his work are stand alone and his books, work and experience are for everyone and not for everyone...if you are ready, read Peter Kingsley's books, accompany them, allow them to accompany you. His work are for these times and for all times and he is true.

I just came across Peter Kingsley, and being familiar with Adyashanti, that is a good endorsement
