I liked this format! I liked the length of the video and your in depth explanation. I am a pretty new player so hearing your logic behind what makes a card good or bad helps me to determine that when looking at my own uniques.
Yeah my ratings on rares are much lower than many people's. I'm actually shocked how many people put up uniques for sale saying that they are S tier cards when in reality they are C's and B's.
I think that Lyra Mage Dancer is pretty darn good. Obviously it depends on how low a curve you have and how many die roll effects you have, but I think its pretty bonkers. You almost don't want to roll a 6 with Nevenka with that in play.
Most of the cards when I rate them before you Trickster are similar or within a + or a - of your rating. The 8/10 Lyra Hydracaena I'd have rated an F to be honest.
@@gavkenny glad we were close! I'd honestly change a lot of the +/- too if I spent more time thinking but with so many cards I was thinking close enough is close enough haha. Honestly anything rated C- or below might as well be an F because they'll never see play.
Yeah, that was my 8/10 Hydracaena. I put it up because I thought it was the worst Hydracaena I had seen. The D rating shocked me haha. I was expecting an F- for it
@@darianb5835 In the moment I was mostly thinking that paying 1 more to discard a 3 cost character didn't seem like that bad of a change but getting less boosts is pretty devastating. It's also tricky because the common hydra is a rare in lyra so giving this a D means it is worse than the common but acknowledges that the available benefits are more scarce for this faction. If this was a muna card I'd probably give it an F because the actual common is available there. But I've also seen a lot of even worse Hydra's which is another reason I gave this a D. Maybe they just all belong in the F tier together haha. Hydra and a couple other specific names really gravitate towards the lower ratings xD
@@TricksterCG That makes a lot of sense. You have definitely seen more uniques than I have. Overall, great takes. I hope more people watch this video while pricing their uniques
Thank you for the rating ❤❤. Spot on analysis, my Anansi sometimes hard to deal with but people tend to ignore and play on other lane instead.

@@gavkenny the ones that say S tier never are 😂
When they're literally sidegrades of the rare and get put as S tier haha

Fun times!!! I have seen some great and awful ones. Still one of my favorite aspects of the game.
Would love to see the regular version besides the unique, just so it is easier to compare them when you rate them
@@Chris3s that's a good idea. Often I am comparing them to a different rare in my mind but even still I could pull the next closest card up!
When I see over charged cards I just walk away. Glad you did this video. I hope it helps the price curve.
@@barbercat1542 good job having self control!
great vid cant wait for part 2. i dont think its anything wrong with using C or B tier uniques but i think people may over price them!
@@RarecuisineSaucegod-ig8bc C and B tier can absolutely get the job done! Thanks for submitting some of your own cards as well.
Nice!
