I have ridden it both forwards and backwards multiple times now, and have been on a few coasters in Japan and Singapore, as well the majority of Australia’s ones. This is an unbelievable coaster, world class, incredibly smooth and comfortable, with non stop fun. The forces and speed are insane, and the POV really doesn’t do it justice.

For anyone who is scared of roller coasters... I went on this ride not long ago and i was petrified of going on! The drop is the worst part for me because it really gives you a weightless feeling. As someone who used to be only able to ride kids rides this is a fav too. Really smooth ride and the safety mechanisms make me feel safe, best seat is the very front for new riders, not as fast down the hill, smooth and you get the view.
Yeah the pov is shaky but why don’t you ride it yourself and see how smooth it is from the pov from your eyes? It’s actually smooth when you go on it irl
Rode this 2 weeks ago. Decided to go on it with my partner because we bought the refillable drink deal that comes with DC Hypercoaster themed Drink bottles and thought it would be a pretty shitty feeling going back home and looking at them knowing we were too chicken to go on the ride. Scooby coaster is the closest thing I have ridden to a real rollercoaster and even that I rode the first time that day and Wild West Falls was previously the tallest drop and most angle I had experienced on a ride. I have a fear of heights and spent 45 minutes in line staring up at the ride going oh god what am I doing and questioning whether to chicken out. Finally got on, still questioning my choice as I secured the restraints, the train gets up that first hill fairly quickly and when it crests over the top oh my god. I screamed from the point I saw that carpark until the end of the ride. Absolutely terrified. But also amazing. As it pulled in to the station I initially said I would never go on it again. After thinking about it for a couple of hours I can't wait until I can go on it again and find myself constantly watching videos. Terrifying, but the experience of a lifetime and incredibly fun. If you have the chance to go on it don't waste it being too scared. It only lasts a couple of minutes and feels incredibly smooth and safe. I previously had a fascination with coasters, I think this ride has made me a fanatic. I now plan to ride all the coasters and coaster style rides I have the chance to.
I went on this ride today and it was a thousand times more frightening than the video. It goes so high up and is so swift. One of the best rides in movie world.
115kph top speed, wild air time, a barrel roll loop, 200ft (61.7m) drop and 4.1g max, this coaster is incredible for Australia, and on par with other steel hypercoasters around the world.
i rate this ride 10/10, very fun!! i’m going backwards today with my best friends and i’m excited! i’ll come back an edit on how it was!! edit: the backwards was closed for maintenance, so we went at the front. still very good tho

Actually, Mack did a great job combining all manufacturers out there... I mean, you got a twisted drop from GCI (kinda), Airtime hills from B&M, Transitions from Intamin, smaller airtime hills like on Magnum XL (arrow dynamics)
actually, the drop screams Intamin for me (Stealth/Red Force and Expedition GeForce come to mind) and it also kinda reminds me of Lost Gravity and Flash which are two other Mack rides.
I’ve ridden many of the worlds greatest steel coasters and this one is the best for me. The airtime is absolutely insane. I also grey out in that helix! So much fun! Super intense ride.
To anyone who loves to play thrill and to feel what the sense of adrenaline in your body, then you got to sit the backward seat which is different from the front row with different G force feelings totally. This is the best roller coaster with steeper ascending slop about 70 degree and more twist and turn to shake your brain balance. This is the BEST roller coaster in the world. I believe they've said that they're planning to add a new coaster at EP once their waiting list clears in about 2019. Knowing Mack it's likely to be a prototype for another ride type though.
Yeah, I‘ve ridden like 2 to 3 times better coasters OF Mack Rides, outside the EP. I know that they CAN build great coasters if they want. When will they FINALLY bring one of their great coasters to their OWN park? That park is perfect! The only thing really missing is the rides!

I think it would be better going backwards because forwards you feel like your gonna slip out the front, backwards you would feel more safe because you have the back of the seat to support you.

Fun fact! This particular roller coaster falls into the class of what is known as a “Hypercoaster”! It’s a class of Rollercoaster that exceeds a 60 foot drop, and travels over a certain speed. (I forget the exact speed, but it’s fast!!) Also, the G’s on those final bunny hills... They’re pretty hard! (Been on this ride!)
